Good but feels kinda fake.
Straight out of the box, it looked and felt great after casting it a bit and messing around with the brakes It worked amazing. It did feel a little fake at start, but I canât wait to slay some monster bass with my new reel. It fit my hight perfectly and it had a perfect weight to it. Would bye again highly recommend.

This is a great bait caster combo!! Unbeatable price! I caught my first largemouth Bass (ever) on it today at the lake! (In the pics) While I was also keeping my 4 and 2 year old occupied by myself! And I was using the fishing line that came pre-spooled!!! Less than 5 casts with a Kastking spoon (silver) and BAM!! THIS IS NOT A SPINNING REEL and it operates totally different.. You have to watch a couple YouTube videos before using to Learn how to use it and avoid birds nests and getting upset.. with ANY bait caster from cheap to expensive you have to Make adjustments on the tension knob and possibly the brakes for EVERY lure!! OR ELSE YOU WILL GET A BIRDS NEST or not get a good cast.. Itâs very simple once you understand how it actually works. I just started fishing about 4 months ago.. so I am no pro at all.. but I was casting this spoon SUPER FAR and I mean Far! it was reeling in ultra smooth.. ZERO BACKLASH once proper adjustments were made for this specific lure.. I highly recommend this bait caster for anyone looking to learn how to use one or anyone who just wants a new setup without spending much money!! GREAT DEAL!! Iâm SUPER HAPPY ðððð

Donât buy pole is junk
I should have trusted the other reviews. Pole is cheap crap the rod itself is nice but the reel is total junk. Tension is all out of whack and the line gets knotted on the reel every time you cast out.

My first
This was my first baitcaster and it taught me very well, as long as you watch YouTube videos on set ups for baitcaster and donât go over or under the lure weight then youâll be fine. Good cheap way to learn how to use. Better for crank baits or stuff with treble hooks. Rod doesnât have very much back bone

This is my first ever baitcaster and it went very well. I caught a 2lb bass on my tenth cast. While i was still figuring out how to use it properly. Super comfortable to hold and very responsive. Had my dad try it out. His first time using a baitcaster. Caught a bass on his 3rd and final cast of the night.
