Great for relaxing after long day
I mean, itâs worth the price. This Shiatsu neck massage pillow is perfect for relieving tension in my neck and back. The deep-kneading massage and heat are very soothing. There are 3 modes from slow to fast. And all works well. I use it at home, in the office, and even in the car. Itâs quite strong, but I wish it had an option for even more intensity. Overall, a great way to unwind and relax!

Really gets those tight spots
My tension is held up in between my should blades and of course that’s such a hard to reach place. This massager really gets into that spot good and kneads away the tension knots. The heat is great too, really helps me be able to relax while the massager is doing it’s job.

replaced because it didn’t turn on, then the replacement stopped working too.
I would not recommend buyting this item, The first one I ordered did not work at all, straight out of the box, the lights turned on but there was no rotation of the massager, I returned it hoping it was just a rare flaw, and the second replacement massager completely stopped working after the return window *30 days at the time* No lights, no power, no reason. I did use it alot and to be fair it is good size and portable, but useless if it dosn’t work.

You can not get comfy with this. If you put full neck weight on it , it shuts off. I have bad shoulder / neck pain and this can not even get enough pressure to make a difference. Don’t waste your money unless you only need it for neck only.
