Great chain
Replaced my road bike chain with this Shimano 10-Speed chain. Great quality with little to no noise. Rotates smoothly, shifts well and works perfectly on my Specialized Road bike.

Great mid-grade chain.
I didn’t realize how noisy my triathlon bike chain had become until I replaced it with this new one. The original chain was the previous version of this CN-6600. It lasted a long time between road rides and trainer rides. These Ultegra chains are a great value for the price. With this new chain installed my drivetrain is back to silent running!

Itâs a chain
Works like it should. Very easy to install. I used a reusable master link . No special tools required.Chain tool makes it simple though.

Oldie but goodie
The Shimano CN 6600 10 speed drive chain predates the latest Ultegra level CN 6700 chain by one generation. It is a little heavier than the CN 6700 but I have seen breakeage problems with the newer version that I never saw on a CN 6600. I have observed instances of the newer chain’s side plates cracking, some breaking off completely, and a chain failure that led to at least one crash. I have used the CN 6600 for years and thousands of miles of riding with no problems. It is very durable and utterly reliable provided that a mechanic follows the mounting instructions when installing the fastening pin. I usually ride 2000 to 3000 miles before the CN 6600 is worn to the point of replacement which is good for a 10 speed chain. Shifting gears has always been crisp and accurate throughout the life of the chain. I’ll stick with the older chain until Shimano fixes the problems with its newer version.

Good chain
Very average chain and good for the price. Would recommend if you are looking for cheaper but reliable. Works perfect

Great Chain for my 2005 Trek Portland Road Bike!
I needed a thin chain for my Trek Portland road bike, and after looking at the Shimano conversion charts, this chain fit the bill per the specs from Shimano.

It was the right chain
There are so many different kinds of chains. The web site had all the right info so I knew I was ordering the right chain. It works great and my bike once again shifts and runs smoothly again.

High performance bike chain
I currently run 10-speed Shimano Tiagra and always upgrade the chain to a 10-speed Ultegra and feel like its worth it for the extra durability and performance. Iâve ran thousands of miles on these chains and would highly recommend them.

Just as expected. Very well packaged to safeguard lubrication of the chain.
