   Apply Dry Lube to Chain after Cleaning
   Cleaned Chain with Simple Green and brush and then applied dry lube. Runs great and looks Shinny. Easy to install as long as you match the links to your Bike Chain requirements during installation. I did put a Master link on this chain not easy but doable.

   Nice chain
   Specs say it is stainless steel, which is good, as the one I removed off my Trek bike was not and was rusting pretty badly from lack of lube. Instructions said not to lube the chain after install. It appeared to have a fairly nice oil coating on it. New chain was 2 links to long so I removed them and after watching a couple videos on YouTube, was able to get the new one installed properly. I would recommend.

   Runs smooth, no problems.
   Fits perfect on my 8 gear rear, 3 gear front, with Shimano components (old Pacific Ambush MTB). Had to remove a 5 links to match the existing chain. Runs smooth. Get a chain link removal tool if you don’t have one.

   Shimano CN-HG71 116 Links (no master/missing/quick link included)
   Shimano CN-HG71 116 link chain arrived in Shimano retail packaging. There is no “Master Link”, “Missing Link” or “Quick Link” provided. This is old school, it includes one chain joining pin. With your chain tool, you cut the chain to the correct length, then using the same tool, insert the joining pin, then break off the tail of the pin. If a unfamiliar with this joining process, you should evaluate using a “Quick Link 8/7/6 speed” for easier installation.

   so slippery I have to change my front sprocket
   so slippery I have to change my front sprocket to avoid teeth jumping ;-)do not believe anyone who said – you have to clean off the manufacturer lube.btw – my old chain was stretched one extra link… wow!the reason for change was that my old chain broke twice – therefore need to be changed.btw – feels very smooth and silent

    Die beste noch hergestellte Kette für 6 bis 7 Fach, die es gibt. Leider kann eine bessere Qualität nur für noch weiter mehrfache Zahnräder gefunden werden. Truth be told, wer braucht mehr als 14 Geschwindigkeiten?
