My kids love these cards
Itâs a great concept to keep a variety of challenges. I know very little about gymnastics, but the instructions were clear on each card. This motivates my competitive kids to work on gymnastics at home.I recommend because I did not have to research exercises to help my kids and the cards have suggested reps by skill level.

Make conditioning fun!!!
I got the set for gymnastics for my team. They love it!! There are so many game options and even you and your team can use the cards to make up games. It has added a BIG element of fun to conditioning and leaves the girls laughing and having a good time rather than groaning. Itâs also great for when a gymnast is recovering from an injury and canât do all elements. They can take the box of cards to their station and work through lots of different exercises. I love this set and highly recommend!

The best gift for a becoming gymnastics girl
This was a gift for my niece who is 9 and has been in gymnastics for two years. Once she opened it she was so on obsessed with it. She wanted me to try every move with her. Some of the moves I could do because they were yoga style. Great for all ages
