Stretches to fit
We werenât quite sure that this would work for my brotherâs T-Slim X2 infusion set, but it stretches just enough to fit. The adhesive is perfect; it holds through his sweat and activities (even showers), but comes off fairly easily with rubbing alcohol and a bit of elbow grease. The design is as shown. They are a little pricey, but worth it. The material is similar to a thin canvas and will not rip or fray.To apply, we set up the infusion set, stop the insulin delivery and detach the tubing. Then we apply this patch around the infusion site, reattach the tubing, and resume insulin delivery.

Perfect Fit
I use these on my t-slim sites and these are the perfect size. They also stay and keep my sites on.

Useless; does not fit Freestyle 3; does not last more than a day
The patch does not fit the Libra 3. The hole is too large to even adhere to the device, making it useless. I tried to position it so that some of the patch went over the Libra tape. The patch started fraying after and 8 hour day of workâ¦mostly indoors, limited movement. It began lifting around the center after one shower, making it completely pointless at which point I removed it. I tried a few others from the pack and they also began to fray and lift after one shower. Will be returning the rest of the package. Donât waste your money.

These stick!!!!
I would give these five stars, but for one issue. Sounds stupid, but these things stick like they’re supposed to. However for whatever reason I had one decide to peel on me enough I figured I’d just remove it and apply a new one. Bad idea. It took skin with it. I’ve worn them previously for my two week CGM life span and no issues. Just beware not to peel early. Could just be me but ouch. I even scabbed over. I’m still using this product but have another on order to see if there’s a difference. I have to hand it to them though they do work and really stick to you.

Functional
Stick good. Although prefer the solid cut ones

Not quite right.
OK. So having the hole makes it easier to see where it’s going, when applying solo. The backing in quadrants does make it easy to place and stick that one quarter and then the second – perhaps do the last two quarters at the same time (if you stick the first 3 quadrants, it’s almost impossible to reach the inner edge of the backing for the fourth quarter – so do the last 2 at the same time). That’s all good and I got the first one on entirely without any wrinkles. BUT, the center hole is too big. If I can get it PERFECTLY centered, it will just barely cover the outer part of the white plastic bit of the sensor. More likely, it will be a fraction off-center and one side will only cover the adhesive tape and not the sensor itself. So it really isn’t going to provide as much protection as a patch with no hole or a smaller hole.I have gone right back to a hole-less patch and cutting a small, untidy hole in it for drainage and aiming purposes.Sorry. I wanted to love this. But it needs a hole maybe 0.25 inches smaller or even a bit more.

great for extended wear infusion sets
I use a Medtronic 770G system. When I use just the adhesive on the set, it falls off. I used to use the infusion tape that Medtronic sells, Smith and Nephew I believe, but this summer I kept sweating through that. I picked these up and, so far, they work perfectly.
