This Works
I’m very active, and have tried other products to hold my CGM reader in place. My search is over. Skin Grip does such a good job, and it doesn’t peel off prior to my unit’s expiration date like the others did. The edges do fray a little after a while, when you purchase the colored patches, but I have not had that problem with the clear overlay patch. Just a word of advise though, try using the skin grip overlay patch by itself without aditional adhesive, before you decide to add a skin adhesive prior to applying Skin Grip. The two together irritated the skin a little when trying to remove the patch. Great Product.

Very good adhesive
I love this brand. I buy these ones as well as the ones for my medtronic CGM.Medtronic’s adhesive is absolutely terrible and these patches keep everything on. They say to give the patches an hour to stick to you before doing an activity. So definitely follow those instructions! The colors are nice, the material is nice and the paper covering the adhesive is cut into sections so you don’t have to peel the entire backing off all at once which is very helpful. These specific patches are not meant for a medtronic pump, however, I cut them in half and place them around my insertion site and it works perfectly for me.The adhesive does not irritate my skin and even though they stick on really well, they are also easy to remove.I’ve bought a few sets of these patches and I highly recommend them if you have trouble getting your pump or GGM to stay on.

They really work.
These are the only patches that work for me. They do not come off until I am really to take them off.

Cute colors, but falls apart
I got the pastel colors and they are so cute for my dexcom! And I do like that this is an option to buy for extra protection and attractiveness of the dexcom. And they are waterproof, but my sticker has started to shred after being in the water and I seem to have developed an irritation to the adhesive. So those are bummers but otherwise, they are awesome

Love these
Effective at helping keep a Dexcom G6 attached for the full 10 days, and not very noticeable.

CAUTION! NO RETURNS! NO REFUNDS!
CAUTION! NO RETURNS! NO REFUNDS! These patches are difficult did not work with the Freedom Band Gaurd (also on Amazon search: Infiniflex Sensor Cover for Dexcom G6 Reusable Flexible Transmitter Adhesive Shield Guard by Freedom Band). They stick okay if you can get them on smoothly. They are a lot easier to apply if you are not going to wear a sheild, but I have had a sensor pulled out by accident before and I like the extra security I get from wearing a sheild. Those sensors are expensive to replace and I don’t want to go back to multiple daily finger sticks! When I’m wearing a gaurd over the sensor I don’t have to worry about that sort of thing happening. I’m going to continur wearing the sheild, so I guess I’m stuck with these. What a waist of money! I would not have bought them if I would have known that they were non-refunable. I usually read a listing thoughly and I don’t remember seeing anything about these being non-refundable, but I guess I could have missed it. Something like that should be promently placed so the customer knows and can make an informed purchase. Shame on Amazon for not making it clear that these were nonrefundable! What happened to their guaranty, because I am Not happy with my purchase!Follow Up: Since I had the patches and couldn’t send them back, I decided to try and make them work by cutting the hole out to make it fit. I messed up the first one when I tried to apply it. I was able to get the second one on relativly smooth, decpite the jagged, sloppy hole that I cut. I managed to only have some minor wrinkles, but I think it should stay in place. I am much happier with the results even though its a pain to cut it to make it fit. Maybe it would be easier with a smaller scissors. I raised my review to 3 stars, because they did work better and I can’t really fault them for not fitting over the sheild, after all they weren’t made for that purpose. I still think that the listing should clearly state that they are non-refundable.

Type 1 Lifesaver
I use these patches with every sensor I put on without fail!!! I live in the south and am outside exercising, swimming, kayaking and at the beach and I can say I have never lost a sensor due to water or heat. I can put one on myself but it is easier to have someone help you in my opinion. When it is time to remove the CGM, you do have to give it a tug but it does not hurt at all. I love the fun colors and feel more confident knowing my sensors are secure and will not peel off. And no more scary doorframes if you know what I mean. If you wear a CGM you NEED these patches.

Causes sensor to fail
Love this brand and have used the tan and black patches for the past 1.5 years for my 13 year old son. I would purchase both of those again However, I will not purchase These clear over patches again. This clear patch caused sensor errors and failure for all 3 sensors we applied using this new clear film. Well over $800 wasted on the 3 sensors. This is unfortunate, as the film was very secure and stayed on very well, however, Difficult to remove. Each sensor lasted only 3 days before receiving critical failures. What we found using this clear film overpatch is that The skin becomes wet and macerated ( white, puffy and wrinkled) causing the sensor to fail. Unfortunately I bought 2 packs and missed the return window. So now I am out 3 dex com sensors (over $260 each) and the 2 packs of these clear over patches. Quite the financial blow! I do vouch for this brand in the black or tan patches however, they will occasionally need to be replaced before the 10 day sensor session especially if swimming or very active. Without the overpatch the dexcom sensor comes off with daily showers. These clear patches cause skin to become wet without showering or swimming. The tan or black patches have lasted entire days in the pool or at the lake but will begin to peel off if in the water for a long time. Lost a transmitter to the bottom of the lake due to this so we tried the clear film hoping the sensor would stay on. The sensor certainly did stay on but this film cause the skin to macerate and sensor failure. Hope this helps others avoid the costly mistake that I made purchasing and using this clear patch.

The price is a little high and they took a little while longer to arrive but let me tell you these patches are the GOAT of CGM patches! Both my children have type 1 diabetes and use CGMs.Not only do they stay on for the whole ten days (dexcom users here) but they don’t cause a reaction on my kidlets skin which has been the deal breaker on so many other patches we tried.Highly recommend ð

Easy to apply but does not last a week. Allergic reaction both times I tried. Not a good buy

I have tried three different CGM patches for the Dexcom G6. These are my favourite. Great stick and I have never experienced any peeling. The fabric material is comfortable, but after 10 days, they can pick up a bit of the colour of your what you are wearing. But still it is the best product I have tried.

It can be a little hard to get it on without folds or wrinkles. 4 removable patch backings are great.Nevertheless, it’s comfortable and it’s good for the 10-day G6 sensor life for my type of activities. The thicker FixIt patch applies better than the quite thin and very flexible Skin Grip patches. Both work very well once applied properly.
