   Just right size for smaller arms
   The smaller cuff works well for my smaller arms. Much more accurate readings.

   finicky with positioning
   This cuff allows accurate blood pressure reading, provided you can get it positioned correctly and your sphygmomanometer accepts one of the many included connectors. There seems to be very little room for error when placing it on one’s arm. The fit seemed a bit insecure on a Reli-On brand blood pressure monitor with the best-fitting connector, so there may have been some slight air leakage as well. I will ask friends to try it on their monitors to see if their results are any different, and I will update this review if the results change.My elderly mother and test subject said this cuff is comfortable. She has complained in the past about other cuffs being uncomfortable.

   Good Size For Thin People
   I had been using my husband’s blood pressure cuff/reader, but it is awkward because it is so big for me, so I tended not to use it. Enter this Medhome Small Cuff. My bicep measures 10.5 inches, so I wasn’t 100% sure it would work based on the product description of 5.5 – 9.5″. But it works very well. And now I can track my BP daily. I found an app for my phone that let’s me record it and keep a digital record. The quality is excellent and I was reassured when I saw the “QC Pass” sticker on it.I took a photo of this small cuff on top of the “Adult” cuff to show the difference.

   Very Accurate
   I tested this blood pressure cuff against my old cuff and it showed the same results in my test. The cuff seems to be well made and it fit my blood pressure machine perfectly. There isn’t much in the way of installation other then unplugging your old one and attaching this one.

   Good cuff option for small adult arms, children’s arms
   This cuff is designed for small arms – good for smaller adults or children – and is meant to obtain accurate readings when using an automatic at-home monitor. The cuff is designed and manufactured well, and includes a number of adapters to connect to the most popular BP machines.The material is easily to clean, and the velcro seems to be pretty secure. The accuracy seems to match the larger adult cuff that was included with my BP monitor.

   Excellent fit for smaller diameter arms
   I had just received a BP meter kit that came with two cuffs. Both were way too large and very hard to position correctly. I saw this cuff and that it came with so many adapters that I thought this would be an excellent replacement for the original one.The adapter it came with fit perfectly and the cuff was positioned and fastened in just a few seconds. In other words, it worked exactly as it should. No compatibility issues with the meter.This is an excellent replacement cuff should you need one!
