This cuff works well and seems well made. I got the XL version of this last week and I liked it enough to order this small size. The XL I got does not fit my wife at all but this size is good. As I said in my review of the XL, it uses a kind of slip ring system to start the wrap around your arm and it can be a bit tricky to get started. This is the type I normally see in the Doctors office type. All my BP machines have used a preformed “cup” to clamp on to your arm and then you can wrap the rest around your arm real easily. They give you a boat load of adapters but my one gripe is that there is only 1 that is a 90 degree, which is what my original Omron has, and it does not fit my model. I had to use one of the straight ones which makes the tube stick way out and I’m afraid of it getting smacked and breaking. It’s not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have more sizes of the 90 degree adapters. Especially considering that the OMron brand is probably the most common brand out there and you would think they would offer them. But this cuff brought my good old Omron back to life and I’m happy with it.

Works well and is a good size for smaller people
This is a good cuff replacement. It’s a smaller size, so good for children or small adults. The various adapters are great for being able to attach to various monitors. I have a monitor from CVS and it fits that with the adapters.

I am small-boned and a size 4, but I do have some muscle tone to my upper arms. The cuffs automatically included with BP machines are always laughably big. But I probably could’ve gone with a medium instead of a small for this cuff. It’s true to size so that’s on me for not measuring. But it pinches the back of my arm with the metal link is. The cuff functions exactly as promised and still gives an accurate reading only a few points different from my doctor’s office. There were a lot of rubber adapters included to help match this to your BP machine but I found the one it came with was compatible with mine.

Excellent cuff at an excellent price
I haven’t used many cuffs (aside from the doctor’s office), and after trying this, I don’t think I’ll use any others. It fits comfortably on smaller arms and inflates smoothly without pinching. There’s a wide range of adapters, and I was able to find one that worked.The only thing to be aware of is the Velcro is strong – almost too strong. That’s important, and good that it doesn’t come undone when inflating. But it can be a little tough to undo. All told, I’m happy and would definitely recommend.

Got this by accident, not realizing it was a small cuff for kids. But it turned out to be perfect for my petite elderly mom. Good replacement and working well with her current monitor.

Nice Cuff, Nice Price
This is a really nice small blood pressure cuff for the price. We recently purchased a new blood pressure monitor which came with a “one size fits all” cuff. For those of us that do not have huge arms, all that extra cuff fabric becomes a nuisance after a while. The Pro Comfort Cuff is designed to fit children and women, but trust me, it works well for men without beefy arms as well. Included in the package are 8 connectors to fit most monitors (I found two that fit mine). Most importantly is the comfort of the cuff and this one is way more comfortable than the one included with the monitor. Amazingly this is one of the lowest priced cuffs I have found on Amazon. I’m quite satisfied and would recommend.
