Unique, Superb Coffee Warmer
There is much to admire about this coffee warmer. Itâs become indispensable to me! I use it 2-3x every day.Read the description – it is ALL ACCURATE.The snapshot I added has an empty cup – you can see that the temperature reading is (correctly) low – it was just washed with cold water.The plate maintains coffee at YOUR desired temperature. It is energy efficient – only on when the cup is in place.Also – the cup and lid ad spoon that they provide are very nice. I use that cup for my twice a day Americano, and use a bigger, wide mouth cup for my morning triple latte. I have a third type of cup I use for hot tea. The temperature control works well with all of them, maintaining the temp that I have set.This is an excellent product for yourself, or for a gift to any coffee lover!

BEST purchase!
I usually don’t write reviews but I gotta say this mug warmer is the ‘ONE’. After so much researching and even tried a few this mug warmer is the true winner. What’s not to love: easy to read and just a ‘cool’ panel that shows you accurate temperatures of both warmer and mug, touch sensative controls, tried and true consistent temperature, auto shut-off, great size and quality mug, loving the tea spoon for stirring and taste trial. Get it and you won’t regret it, best purchase I’ve made this year.

Impressive!
This is the third mug and warmer set purchased BUT THIS ONE actually keeps beverages at the exact temperature set down to the last drop. The others barely kept my drinks above lukewarm. Can be used with other flat bottom ceramic mugs to the same effect. Would definitely recommend this purchase to those who enjoy drinking their BEVERAGES HOT to the LAST DROP!

Finally found it! Having tried another warmer (the electronic kind where you must use their mug on the warmer for it to work) — in fact having gone thru FOUR where only one worked — I’d almost given up, but I’m so glad I kept looking! This mug warmer is perfection! Right out of the box, which is top notch and packed so well, everything has blown me away! It’s made in Germany, not CHINA, so right there it should tell you something. The unit itself is solid and hefty — not flimsy or easily knocked off the table. I took it out, set it up and read the instructions (simple and clear) and it took about 10 seconds to get it working! This heats by infrared technology — so cool. So there’s no electronic or computer element to it. It senses a mug on the warmer, and then simply brings/keeps the contents at the temperature you want! It comes pre-set at 150 degrees, which was nearly perfect. I easily took it down a couple degrees and now my tea is perfect drinking temp all the time. Oh, end it’s fun every time you set a fresh mug on it to watch the bright, easy to read display come up to your perfect temperature. A very BIG plus to me, is you can use any ceramic mug you like with it — so I can switch out and use all my favorites each day! You can even use ceramic tea cups. With all the others, even the expensive ones like Ember Smart Mug — $130, ouch!! — you must use the mug that comes with it for the electronics to work. So what happens when it breaks? This does come with a very nice mug, lid and very pretty spoon, but like I said, any mug will work with it. This is the best thing I’ve bought in a long time — I never rave like this in reviews! Get one — great value for money and I don’t think there’s a better one on the market!

Buyers outside of the USA beware!!! (review updated)
I have updated my review after receiving feedback from the seller.Although the label says 110V, the unit can be used in any country (100V – 240V) which is great!The product works well and keeps my coffee hot for hours. I have tried other products and this one is the best by far. I especially like the temperature display which indicates when your cup has reached the desired temperature.My initial review…The unit that I received runs on 110V and I live in a country that runs on 220V electricity.And yes, I did investigate this product before purchasing, and I found these answered questions on Amazon USA website:Answer 1 November 24, 2023 : ” Yes, you’re absolutely correct! This model is compatible with voltage ranging from 110V to 230V, versatile for international use. It comes with a polarized plug designed for US household outlets, so if you plan to use it internationally, a simple adapter should do the trick.”Answer 2 November 24, 2023 : Input voltage 120~60Hz (US,Canada) 230~50Hz (UK,EU)So I am left with an expensive coffee mug warmer which I cannot use – very disappointing!!!To the manufacturer – would it inconvenience you to design a cup warmer that runs on 110 – 220V for US and international markets?Is this a good quality product? I donât know at this stage. I will have to investigate converters that step voltage down from 220V to 110V (which will incur an additional expense) and then I will be able to give an opinion on the quality and functionality of this product.

I’ve been using this thing every day since I bought it back in 2023, it works perfect. It’s very clean on a desk, the lil display and the controls are obvious and easy to use, and just having it on my desk makes me wanna use it. Great for when something calls me away for a while I come back to a piping hot coffee. I’ve used it with several of my other mugs as well and while it takes a little longer to heat up those than the og mug it still works just fine. I have no regrets.

This is brilliant!I’ve used this every day.The company kindly resolved the issue with the plug and I’m absolutely delighted.My preferred drinking temperature for coffee I’ve decided is 52°C (126°F). It holds that temperature very well, for hours, It is easy to switch the display between °C and°F. I’ve tried it with tea too as I wondered if it would develop that ‘stewed’ taste if left for a long time at a fairly high temperature but it doesn’t it tastes fine. I did have a cold coffee I’d left on the table and forgotten about, it says it will heat a cold drink quite quickly – and it does. Importantly it tasted fine.It isn’t the cheapest mug warmer in the market. I think given a bit of time though it will pay for itself by saving me throwing away forgotten drinks.It stands on four little feet and one thing that concerned me was how hot it might be under the base (it is on a wooden table and I didn’t want it to be damaged by the heat) however the heat level under the base is just a very gentle warmth so I don’t think it will be a problem.The mug has a satin finish which makes it pleasant to drink out of and the shape makes it comfortable to hold.
