A bit unwieldy at for but has good power if you get the right positioning!
This was not intuitive coming out of the box–the straps that go around your arms are sewn on in an odd position (ultimately I ended up not even needing to use them), there is a belt that isn’t shown in the diagrams in the manual so I didn’t know which side the belt should be on, or how to put it on! Fortunately, I saw others reviewers had the same issue but were happy once they figured it out– about 10 minutes of frustration later, I finally think I have it on correctly and boy is this thing strong!! ð¤¯I really like that it is portable so I can wear it while doing other chores (rather than being tethered to one spot). It only runs for 10 minutes but honestly, it’s so strong you probably want to take a break between massages! It can run fast or slow, but I like the slow better because it feels deeper on my muscles.It turns on with slow speed and high heat, and then you can adjust those settings as needed. Honestly it was so hot I turned the heat off completely during my first wear, and I usually like heat! ð It came with the USBC cable but it didn’t come with the wall plug, so I have to provide my own brick for it. It had to charge before first use (which is fine but I really like when I can just use things straight away out of the box).This is definitely a niche item (for years I’ve just used a handheld massager but that puts stress on my hands!) that I’m grateful to have found! I think it’ll help a lot with my tension and stress buildup in my neck and shoulders, and now that I’ve figured out how to wear it, I feel really good about it! I think a lot of people probably get frustrated and return it because they can figure out how to put it on correctly ð ððTldr; take the time to get it positioned correctly and it is worth the investment! Maybe they will release one with a longer battery life next? Also, maybe make a video showing how to put this on, to save stress on future customers?

Awesome Massage
I am so glad I got this messager! It is amazing and helps a lot to relax the muscles. It has heat, which I enjoy, and is very comfortable, The best is that it is rechargeable so there is no annoying cable to deal with. My whole family is using it now, and we actually fight for it (LOL). One charge lasts a lot, too, and we can get quite a few cycles out of it before needing to recharge. I am already planning on taking this massager on our road trip since there are no wires; it would be very easy to use in the car. In addition, I really liked the box it came with. I imagine this massager would make a great gift, and the box is very presentable. I am thinking of giving these awesome gadgets to my family for Christmas.

Small, effective neck massager but limited function and needs long charge
In general, this is pretty good value neck massager but not flawless.Pros: Small size, cordless, and very good targeting of neck muscles.Cons: The charging cord is too short to be used while charging, so you basically need to be ready to charge the massager for 3 hrs to get 70mins time of massage. The shoulders are not hit very effectively.I would recommend for someone who really wants to target neck muscles and wants something light and cordless, but if you want to be able to use the massager for your shoulders or other parts of the body the older model is better.Disclaimer: I was promised a refund for a trial unit, but this review is my honest opinion.

Totally worth it!
The shoulder massager is wonderful! There is a strap with an easy release latch on it that goes around my back and that means that I donât have to hold it in place. This is a game changer for me. I tried using the hand holds and while that is nice, 10 mins is a long time to hold it in place to work on my shoulders and neck. There are two bar massagers that go right to my neck and the two lower prongs that go to my shoulders. This allows me to work on the knots that I constantly get in my shoulder.,It hits all of the right spots. It also has several different massage settings and it has heat options too.This is also works on my back. It aligns on either side of my spine and it is fantastic.

Save yourself a trip to the spa
What a relief, this is as close to getting a neck massage at a spa as you can get. Two heat settings is an added bonus, the two massage options, and two speed settings, I was able to get an amazing neck massage and it was actually better than the chair massage I paid $50 for, so I am saving money and donât have to leave my house! The straps allow you to adjust the pressure to fit your needs and the pads are removable so you can wash them as well. Itâs very quiet, very durable, and the weight of the unit helps to apply pressure, while the firm fingers feel amazing.

itâs not my favorite. iâve purchased 3 different brands to see which works best. i like that this one is portable. i can put it on and clean my kitchen while itâs going. but the heat does nothing. i can barely tell the difference when the heat is on or off. and even if i sit still, it moves out of place really easily. i found it only stays in place if im seated on the couch and leaning back or if im laying on it in bed. so if im stuck in bed w it iâd rather get one w strong heat.
