I LUV These Lights!
We hung these “vine” lights on our wide kitchen window that sits over the sink, and looks out into our garden. We loved how our Christmas lit garland looked in this area so much, that I really wanted to keep lights there all year round — but I didn’t want it to look like a holiday decoration. Our home is decorated in a mediterranean style, and these vine lights were perfect. The price is also super! We had looked at bistro lights to hang around this window, but they were much more expensive, which is why we decided to try these out first. I am hoping these LED lights last a long time (I will post an update in 6 mos and let you all know!). They have a long plug box, so it needs at least a 4″ clearance from the wall. We have a plug behind our microwave, and fortunately there was enough counter space to pull the microwave a bit more away from the wall to accommodate the plug. I love that that vine branches are wired and bendable. I am also very happy that the color of these LED lights are so much nicer than most other LED “warm” lights. They are NOT that greenish-yellow, or lemon-y yellow hue. These lights are a warm “ivory-cream” with a slight peach-y tint. VERY pretty! If you are looking for a bright “cool” white, or “pure white” (no tint of any other tone), these are not for you. The little “balls” (they fit over each LED light) do look “pure white”, but once lit, they take on that soft peachy-soft white tone. These lights add ambience, but they do NOT really add a lot of light to the room — if they are the only lights on. At night, with all of the other kitchen lights off, these vine string lights are a perfect “mood light” for entertaining, but you certainly need another light source if you want to cook in your kitchen. I LUVVVVVV these!

pretty sure these are secretly the best string lights on the internet
I bought these string lights in January 2021. They were plugged in and lit 24/7, no breaks, until the day they died in May 2024, and I am pretty sure that I was the one who broke the plug connection by smashing it with something heavy rather than the product failing. They outlasted about 6 other sets of string lights getting a lot less use (3-7 hours daily rather than 24). Yes, they’re SMALL lights and the wire connecting them is thin and easily tangled, and they’re simple with no fancy controls or apps. But they have a nice, warm and cozy light and the thin wire means that they make lovely natural garland shapes if you hang them in sections. I get compliments on them all the time. And they are very durable and reliable, I certainly wasn’t taking good care of them and never broke them like I have many other lights. They also don’t heat up like other lights so they seem very safe to leave alone or to hang around art and textiles. If you’re looking for a steady long term relationship with a simple string light providing beautiful ambiance, these are the ones. I’m certainly buying again.

Lends ambiance to my yoga class
I have 2 sets of these I use for my makeshift yoga “studio” for classes I teach at my church. It lends a soft, warm light to an otherwise classroom setting. They are lightweight enough to carry back and forth to class easily. I have gotten many comments from the students that they really like the lights and feel they provide a soothing, calming ambiance to the class. The lights are situated on branch-like wires that allow for adjusting the lights along the branch, but also allow them to be coiled up for transport. Took a star off because a few of the opaque bulb covers have already come off. I think they can probably be glued back on, but haven’t tried yet.Update: I’ve had these lights for more than 2 years now, rolling them up and unwinding them every week. The tape that holds the wires together has started to come undone and some wires are starting to poke out. Not surprising as I manipulate the wires when I roll them and unroll them over and over. Used some basic electrical tape (less than $2) and re-wrapped the length of wire and they look like new again and I think the electrical tape will stretch with the rolling and unrolling of the lights. As for a few bulbs that fell off, I was able to glue them back on with a dot of Gorilla glue. Good as new.

Love the warm tone of the lights. They are durable, light weight and last sooo long. I use them ALL the time, and I ordered then in 2021. That’s 3 years ago, and they’re still going strong. Highly recommend them!

Poor quality.
I purchased 2 strands for the front of my house. As I was trying to kind of straighten out the hanging strings, 1 string snapped off in the middle, rendering the whole strand trash. I blame myself for this, figured I got to enthusiastic with my tug. So I ordered a replacement, and proceeded to hang the second strand in its place, being very careful. Once hung and lit, I thought they were gorgeous, and couldn’t wait to receive the replacement I ordered. Well yesterday was cold and windy, I came home to the lights not lit. Upon inspection the wires snapped off at the plug assembly. So maybe these would be worth it if you live in a warm climate with only light breezes. I’m returning the last set ordered, as I can’t afford to replace each strand every couple of days.

They are very pretty. Each star is wrapped so as not to get tangled with other ones. Took a while to unwrap them all but I love how they look.

Nice if you only need 1 string
These are nice lights with decent remote control qualities. The downfall is that they don’t sync with second string! Connected together end-to-end with one controller they will not sync. I tried several methods of unplugging, changing controller, plugging back in and nothing worked. If you only need one string then they’re great!
