Very very bright and…
Easy to charge using included USB-C cable or take the battery out and put it in a 18650 charger. Headband is okay, not overly stretchy like some are. Stays in place. Also the head lamp can snap off of the holder bracket from your head so you can use it like a sideways flashlight if you want. I think there’s six different modes of brightness and a blink flash mode. I have two now. Comes with a decent battery Surprise surprise. Also comes in a nice little box and manual. Definitely will buy more of these for the coming struggle.

I like it
It’s cool. And so small package, right as it should be. The construction of the flashlight is simple, as an axe. But well-made quality, i like it too. I’ve recieved it with uncharged battery (3.7v), what i accepting as normal. Then, I’ve charged it on Lii-500 with 1A current, and the battery consumed 3000 mAh, as it should. I believe its totally okay. Charging type-C cable is so short (1ft), it might be 2-3 feet.Today I’ve used it for some home electricity repairs jobs, and it helped me a lot! I like, that the flashlight has no direct concetrated lightspot, but it’s smooth. Mean, it’ll not blind an owner, if a lightflow will reflect from something, like it happens with some hand flashlights. On the maximum brightness it does not warming up so much, as someone said before. Excuse me, I’m at Dominican Republic, in the middle of the summer, with daily in-shadow temperature around 40Câ°. I’ve met enought with hot conditions, believe :)Button is okay, i guess it will work for a long. A circle around the power button shows how the battery charged for a few seconds on the powering on, approximately 5 seconds i guess. I love, that the flashlight got the memory function, and it start with the brightness I’ve left before. The flashlight has very light weight, it’s comfortely to use it on the head.Gonna recommend it to others. It worth those â28$

Love these things
I love these headlamps, I’ve had 3 or 4 of them over the years and they inevitay get lost, but they’re inexpensive, durable and bright as hell. I don’t know about the battery life as I never use it that long in one go and I keep it charged, but it seems to hold its own. This is my previous one, I lost it a few days ago, probay been run over by dump trucks several times. The aluminum housing is bent beyond saving but the light still works. They’re not the prettiest headlamp available but if you’re like me you only care about functionality not aesthetics. One click turns on the headlamp, 2 turns on the strobe, hold to change brightness, charges with USB C. Super simple.

Almost the perfect headlamp
This thing is stellar, so many features I like about it. Firstly, it has basic functions – If you need red lights and flashing distress beacons, this is not for you. I don’t need red light or SOS beacons and I hate most lights you have to push button your way through various modes every single time you turn it on. This one has the choice of bright or very bright and boom, stays like that every time unless you do a long press to change it.Another downfall of most lights, even the expensive ones, is they have poor ergonomics. You fumble around trying to find the right button to press, sometimes you have to yank it off your head to finally find it. This one has one big rubber button side mounted and is super easy to find and press, even with gloves on. The hidden charging port is ingenious, the throw of the light is great, charge lasts a long time, the simple mechanism to tit is superb. You quickly get used to the weird, or non standard, tube shape, and you see the beauty of this shape as it allows for a large battery that would be impossible to fit in more conventional designs. This does make it slightly heavier than the average light but it is nicely balanced. With all of that going for it, why not a 5 star rating you may ask – And I’ll tell ya, the headband. I’d say that a majority of headlights have sucky headbands, this one is no exception. It is a simple design, which I like. I don’t care for the ones that have a strap going over the head and 5 adjustment points,,, But this one is tough to adjust and just when you get it right where you want it, the next day, or even the next hour, it has slipped and is lose again. I haven’t found any way around this, it simply does not hold. If you got a great big head this may not be a factor but I am so sick and tired of fiddling around with it adjusting it, only having to repeat the process the next night. I am going to have to modify it by stitching if necessary to get it to stop slipping. Other than that, it is the perfect headlight and I have tried dozens and currently have at least 6 of them.edit: does have sos/beacon features, thankfully it takes an effort to activate them

Awesome little headlamp
I was looking for a cheap but bright headlamp to use at work that I wouldn’t mind getting lost or damaged. Sofirn is a super reputable “budget” brand in the flashlight community (yes, that exists) and this headlamp is no exception. If you’re willing to wait for shipping from China, their website sells it for quite a bit cheaper, but the product here on Amazon is the same. Build quality feels a little bit cheaper than the “enthusiast” lights I’m used to, and the threads could use a little lube (I’d recommend adding a little superlube or nyogel), but I’m not concerned about it falling apart or anything. Keep in mind the 1200 lumen claim is true at first, but due to the heat output, the light cannot sustain that brightness without getting too hot, so it will step down to a lower mode after a couple of minutes. It’s still PLENTY bright at the maximum sustained level, and the runtime isn’t too bad either!

Overall the light is good, but charging time is high and battery backup is low
