Have both “Small” and now “Medium” => should leave review…
As a relatively new(er) swimmer, I was wanting to increase my resistance and to also improve my technique. Enter paddles. Always start with the smallest paddle and move up. There are plenty out there to choose from, and they appear as fairly simple devices. However I also felt there is some engineering and ergonomics here, so I decided to spend a bit extra for the name brand (Speedo).I started with the small size and used them. They did exactly as I was anticipating, technique is solid and my upper body strength increased. I added the medium size to my workout gear.As a repeat buyer, I suppose they deserve to get a 5-star review.

Much better than flat paddles. Comfortable
The âcupâ feels a lot more natural in your hand. Worked great for open water swimrun race.

Needed
I am a 40 plus just trying to learn to swimâ¦was told by a person that swims and teaches to grab a pair, it would help. It definitely helped with technique, they are comfortable, being plastic attached to hands. The size runs true

Withstands Chlorine
My neoprene/rubber paddles would slowly disintegrate with each use in the pool, requiring repeat replacement. These, however, are virtually indestructible. Because they are rigid, I think I’m getting a better workout with them also. One caution: leaving these on-deck between sets on a hot sunny day will cause them to heat up to lava-like temperatures. I literally blister-burned my right palm after putting it on one time after they sat in the sun. And the pool water didn’t cool them off quick enough.

Very efficient, and easy to remove your finger so your can scratch your nose or use your fingers quickly! I always use them, it goes much faster. Very good for the arms, not too hard. Excellent quality.

mas como preferência como atleta, o formato reto ajuda mais, esse com o encaixe da mão puxa menos água na braçada e vc fica mais lento
