Natural stretching
Great for releasing tension and stretching arms and sides. It is sturdy and unscrews into four manageable pieces that fit nicely into the included pouch. I use it casually but wouldn’t be without it at this point.

Great quality stick
I honestly am not finding myself using this much at all, but for those who want stick-based exercises, this is clearly excellent quality. I do think it could ideally have thicker padding in hte middle, but it’s still great.

Love that it adjust and can be stored easily!
I have limited space for my equipment which is why I had purchased this one since it rolls up very small and fits in the back holder of my peloton bike. The grips are really comfortable and its great you can adjust the length, as my husband has a much longer arm length than me and to properly stretch he needs it longer. Versus my daughter and I need it smaller. I also used it to balance for doing squats on slippery marble floors and it didn’t budge which is great for safety. You can do a lot of different stretches and workouts with this, so I am pleased!

Broke immediately.
Bamboo is stylish, but itâs awful for this kind of thing, just in the nature of the wood. This comes in 4 threaded bamboo sticks where the majority of the wood is the male piece. This means that any lateral pressure against the stick means the stress pushes on the quite thin marriages between wood very heavily. As a result, the bar cracked in half during the first flexibility routine applying mild pressure to pull the bar and pull my body down into the pancake stretch.Would perform fine if you just want something stylish and very lightly used with no pressure on the bar.

Sturdy for sure
Needed a stick or something to start workin out those back muscles that helps walk more confident, also for streching. Once i felt it it was sturdy for sure, it comes in four parts, each screwing to the next depending on the size you want. Easy to dissaemble heres hopin it will last a long time, about an inch and a quater thick and five feet in length its got rubber handles on the ends which helps

Good looking but not that durable
Its a really good looking piece and I love that you can disassemble it the problem is I dropped it from around chest level and it broke at the part where its screwed in. I dont know if I am that lucky or if this product is that durable I guess we will find out in next couple of months but be more attentive where you guys practice. Also would be nice to be able to purchase separate parts from this set.

It’s great “but”.
The product is nice and sturdy. Weight feels evenly across, even when you add the extra staff. It’s great, but it cracked as soon as I fastened one of the ends. It sounded like a broken wooden bat.
