Well made and easy to use
I love coffee but every-time we go camping I have no easy way to make it. This is by far the simplest system Iâve found and itâs very well made. Itâs metal and can be used with water directly on the fire, I used a jet boil and dumped the water in because it was easier. The coffee turned out great with no grinds. The unit has a simple coffee press system made of a heavy duty plastic. Itâs very light weight and easy to pack. It would work great if you are hiking a long way. You first place the amount of coffee in the bottom, I did about 2 tbsp. Then I poured in boiling water (if you boil on fire you will want to boil the grounds with it). I then waited about 5 min then used the press. Coffee turned out perfect. Clean up was super easy. The screen usually is the worse part to clean but this one was easy.

Makes a great cup of coffee!
This thing works great while out camping! We like Cafe Bustelo strong coffee and using this while camping is a must! This and the Aeropress make very rich and strong coffee!This is almost better than the Aeropress because you can use just the tin to boil water!

simple, easy to clean, great tasting coffee, great for home and camping, when at home I now use my coffee maker to heat up water and pour it into the french press , at camping I use the french press only, this is a life changer

The most important thing to know about this Stanly French Press is to just simply buy it. Itâs perfect for any setting either outside or inside use. I Love it. If you want a quality? This is the coffee make you need. If you add a clean food approved sponge to the mix or even a coffee filter you can filter out the coffee even more itâs honestly the best thing. This Stanly coffee maker does not only work for coffee but it works to make teas too. Know that the quality isnât cheap either. Itâs pure stainless steel and youâll have no problem washing and cleaning. Iâd say put it under fire by removing the sticker thatâs under the coffee press. Put in heat/low heat after removing the sticker, I say put in fire to remove any type of stress from the steel or bacteria even if you washed or rinsed off. Works well, well built
Got this Stanley coffee maker for car camping and it works well so far. Heats up quick and seems a fairly heavy gauge SS. The lid has a rubber seal but is open for pouring. Only complaint is that once you pour out about half the coffee it seems to leak around the edge if you pour too fast. Otherwise, great product.

This truly is a must have for me. Itâs durable, does well over open flame & cast iron, and it makes a GREAT cup of coffee. You really canât beat it for the price. Cleanup is easy and i love not having to worry about bringing filters either.

Fantastic for travel
Iâve been using this when I travel for quite a while now, since a glass French press is far too fragile. It is also my backup French press at home if my home French press breaks or I need a second one for any reason. It is very durable, has never dented, & works perfectly. The foldaway handle is fantastic for when you pack it up. The one thing I have occasionally forgotten is to fold the handle out BEFORE adding hot water. Once you add hot water the body is very hot to touch, so do remember to put the handle out first. You can also heat the water IN the French press over a fire, etc, but I rarely do that. If you do, donât add the strainer while heating since it is plastic-a very durable plastic, but I would just wait to be safe.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of coffee this makes. Oftentimes, a French press can make the coffee a bit grainy, especially those that are more affordable. Not only was this a very reasonable price, but I love the strength and texture of the coffee it makes. I even use it at home instead of my regular coffee machine, just putting it directly on the stove top. It makes a good sized cup of coffee for how small and light it is, a great combination for camping or rv-ing. We use it as a simple kettle as well to make teas and hot chocolates. It holds up well to travel, and is easy to clean when youâre in the field.

Darf in keinem Campingurlaub fehlen. Jedes mal wird die Kanne eingepackt. Macht guten Kaffee und hält lange warm. Easy zum bedienen und die Qualität ist top.

Makes great coffee and is well made. Not sure how long the rubber seals will last though and be aware this is huge. Not something for backpacking but more for packing in the car for camping trips
