Very impressive
Iâve played pro-v1x but took some time off and have been struggling with my swing and losing balls like crazy. I couldnât keep doing the same thing at the going rate for the pro-v1x.Read all the reviews and decided to give these a try. I was totally surprised by how well they performed. The feel is definitely not in the pro-v1x class, but its playability is great and can still get approach shots to stop.As expected, less spin with some wedge shots around the greenâ¦but just had to make the adjustment and pick targets a little shorter and plan for a little more roll out. Not extreme, but itâs worth every bit of $ saved.

Great to pick out your ball immediately. Great feel when hitting. I have a slower swing but I’m still getting distance. Love these speedsoft golf balls.

The balls are easy to see in the fairways and rough. The balls seem to perform well off the club face.

Replacement for Soft Response?
Disappointed to learn that Taylor Made discontinued the three piece Soft Response golf ball, I was encouraged to try the Speed Soft. I was reluctant until seeing the price and the fun color schemes.I saw no dropoff in my mid and long game distance after making the switch. My approach shots had more rollout. I do, however, miss the Soft Response from 109 yards or less to the pin.I find the unusual decorations help my putting because I have to focus on the alignment aid. Maybe it’s my imagination, but the green decorated Speed Soft felt less harsh off the putter than the red, blue, or pink.These are decent golf balls for my slow to moderate swing, with a price point that fits my golf budget. Not an exact replacement for the Soft Response, but they may suit mid handicappers who prefer not to take out a mortgage to buy golf balls.

Good golf ball for a great price, however, I do not think they provide any improved visibility over a regular ball and at times seem to be a little harder to find than just a plain white golf ball
