I love this!
I had seen this before, but leery of the bad reviews. My friend actually had one and let me borrow it. I bought one. It does get nice and warm. I wish the charge lasted longer but it still lasts a good while. I use this for TMJ and neck pain. I will buy another when this one dies.

Item feedback after 2 months
I ordered this item on July 1st 2024 and received it August 4th. A little over 2 months later it is now October 14 , and this item is no longer working. It has never been dropped And it has not been abused In anyway. It just stopped turning on when activated. The return fate for this item is September 3rd so obviously it’s my loss. When pressing the on button the lights turn on but there may be a lose connection or short that does not allow the item to turn on the various vibration modes. The heat option is no longer working as well although the light goes on as well. When it work it was very helpful I just didn’t know it would last about 2 months. I will probably purchase a similar item but save yourself some disappointment and don’t purchase this brand…” YOLO”

This product has worked great, it has numerous power settings, very mild heat and is easy to charge! I have used more times than I can count and only had to charge one time so far. It brings me relief and I have not had my jaw lock up since using it. I use it twice a day with the heat setting for about 2-3 minutes each time. Fits in my hand and so easy to hold. Well made. In the picture you can see the buttons for various levels, the power button and the heat button.

Like the heat function and there are a lot of different settings. Dislike the power and how the entire thing shakes. Feels a little too powerful for my TMJ.

Doesnât get hot battery doesnât last
I have tmj issues for a long time so i try any product i can possibly get my hands on that offers relief. I was very interested in this one because they said its âheatedâ this product does not get hot at all and the tip of it were you use to massage the jaw does not get hot at all. It gets hot in the base were your palm is holding it which does absolutely nothing for you. The battery life on it is terrible dies after 10 minutes max and has a unique charger so if you lose it youll never be able to charge it! Im giving it 3 stars because the vibration modes are super powerful which is great but might be too powerful because you lose all feeling in your hand after using it.

Melted charger,no response from companyâ¦Canât use & waste of moneyâ¦
I received the TMJ Relief but when I tried to charge the charger melted after plugging inâ¦I wrote the company & told them of the problemâ¦I even asked if they canât replace the charger maybe I could buy another as Iâm unable to use unless I can rechargeâ¦The company has NOT responded in any wayâ¦I see in the reviews that there are others that are having the same issuesâ¦I see now that I have wasted my money, very sadâ¦

It finally broke
It worked perfectly fine for almost 4 months. Suddenly, after couple of minutes of use, I kept it in the drawer and in the morning it was not working. I tried charging it, but no lights turn on and the device was bricked. I liked the device a lot since it was giving me a good relief from Jaws pain. I am ordering another one since I really benefited from the pain relief I get… But only two stars for the inconvenience,
