Prevents machine movement
Glad I ordered this double sided mat. The black side still allowed my peddle machine to slide but the instructions said to turn it over.. I did⦠problem solved !

When I got my ellipse it was on carpet and slipped pretty bad when using so I ordered TOBWOLF mat and it works , but I notice it moves forward when I speed the ellipse up, but not bad enough that it interferes with my exercise. I do recommend the product.

Absolutely Worthless !!!! Slippery cheap mat. Thin as a sheet of paper. Total Waste of Money. Do not buy!bought it for the stationary elliptical-the elliptical just slides all over the place. This mat doesnât do any good.

Didnât Work For Me
Product: TOBWOLF Non-Slip Workout Mat for Ellipse Leg ExerciserBy just looking at the mat, I thought it would work to keep exercise equipment from sliding. Unfortunately, it doesnât do the job for me. I will say that I got this to use with a pedaler, and not an elliptical machine. It might work if the piece of equipment was heavier than what Iâm using. It might also make a difference that the force of my legs isnât more straight down towards the floor, as you get with an elliptical, but angled. I have tried using it on laminate and wood floors. I am going to try it with the front end on a rug to see if that gives it more friction to hold in place or if the exerciser itself slides off the mat.The mat is textured on the bottom. It is also large enough to accommodate the exerciser. It is also easy to rollup and store when not in use. The material is thin and lightweight.Iâm not going to give this a really low rating, because I didnât try it with the recommended type of equipment.
