Quality for the Price is Excellent
Shipping = Fast. Packaging = Excellent. Quality @ First Use = 1) Sturdiness is Excellent 2) Aesthetics is Good (it’s not a bad looking apparatus. The material looks cheap if you look at the fact that they didn’t finish some of the edges, which are frayed (if you look closely), BUT… it is very sturdy. Longevity Quality = Unknown. Too Soon to Say. Quality for the Price = Excellent (For $26.91 total cost, for convenience & durability… you can’t beat that!) I personally would have like it to come in a darker purple or a darker any color really, but that is just personal preference and nothing against the product.I know some were having problems with the door and weight. WARNING: Do NOT put this on a door that OPENS TOWARDS YOU. The Laws of Physics tells us that this item is best used on a door that opens AWAY From you. Ex: You pull the door towards you to close it. The door frame is between you and the door. If you put this on a door that you pull toward you to open it, you are very likely and almost certainly going to have problems. Of course make sure that the door stoppers are correctly behind the door frame. My husband uses this and 230+ the door doesn’t budge. He does back & chest work with this and loves it. It’s convenient and he can confidently use knowing the door nor the product is going to fail.I am very happy with this purchase. Yes I would recommend it, but again, with the disclaimer that you understand how to use it correctly and safely.

Has helped daughter a lot
Daughter has been using this for the last few weeks and has already improved her back bends so much! She can do them with little to no help now! She also uses this to stretch and work on her overall flexibility. Itâs very well made and the color is really pretty. Iâve even attempted to use it for stretching a couple of times and itâs supported me comfortably also. Comes with a cute little âworkout in progressâ sign for the door knob also. Love!

Thick strapsâ sturdy.
The product I received was well made for the price. Straps are sturdy. Itâs easy to adjust for different heights.There is very little info in the package. (Make sure you use it with a solid door and use it on the side Away from the hingesâ some doors fit the frame very closely, and it can be hard to fit in those. It also needs to be pulled tight to the door frame once closed, before attempting to put weight on it.) I really wish it came with an instructional videoâ thereâs probably a lot more you can do with it wiith some training.

Kinda Disappointed
Although it looks like it would fit nicely on the back. It doesnât it bunches up and feels like I have a rope on my back. Iâm hoping to get used to it. It doesnât stay apart. Right now Iâm very very disappointed in this product . Just keep in mind when you put all your weigh on it , it bunches up, like a rope. I weigh 135 and Iâm 5ft 8. So Iâm not a big girl but this makes me feel every onunce of that weight iright on my back.
The Blatant Truth –
Ouch it broke my door.
I rent and I don’t have solid wood doors. I tried this I weigh 130 lb and it broke the top of my door as I gently used it. I fell and injured my neck. Perhaps if you have a solid door and you’re using this for a child it might be okay. I would recommend some kind of padded surface beneath you and someone to spot the person who is flipping upside down. I could hear stitching popping from the belt part I was holding onto while upside down, before I fell. Now I have to pay for a new door. ð I’m just glad I didn’t break my neck, how I fell on it. After that experience I will never try it again. I returned mine.

Great for kids to play with safely
I was looking for something to help my daughter with back bends and other gymnastics moves and this is just so much fun and works great! Instead of us constantly spotting her or having to hold her up shes able to use this and safely practice and do her stretches and work independently! Its SUPER easy to use and figure out- you literally just shut the straps in the top of any door thats stable. She can sit comfortably in the strap and can safely stretch her back and do back bends and not have to worry about falling. I’m so happy to have seen this and it’s been amazing! Definitely would recommend- length of straps are adjustable. Shipped fast! Love it!

Works perfectly, but it would be safer to use from the non-hinged side of the door, rather than like what is shown in the photos (not smart). Color and fabrics accurately shown.
