They are perfect for my Peloton!
Three flimsy mats later, I purchased these blocks for my Peloton, and not only are they sturdy and vibration-free, they are far less expensive. I now place a large towel beneath the bike when cycling, but these things are better than a gym floor. And they will never smell like old sweat.

The pads are made of dense material and looks enough supporting the weight of my treadmill. However there is some plastic smell I am hoping that will recede.

Recently acquired an elliptical that shook the ground more than expected. I didn’t want to deal with a large heavy mat and found this to be an amazing alternative. It is surprisingly heavy and dense with great shock absorbing ability. Being easy to move is also a huge plus.

Using this to hold up a heavy treadmill, I’m fairly heavy (200lbs) myself, and do everything from jogging to incline walking. A couple weeks after purchase I lifted one side of the treadmill to see the damage (if any) on the pads. Not a single visible impression, hoping these last awhile.
