Do not buy! This stopped working after minimal use
A friend brought a similar percussive massager to one of our camping trips, and we all loved it. Three of us ordered this version after the trip, and of those 3, 2 are not working. Mine stopped working today (after about a month and a half and minimal use (maybe 3-4 times). Just past the return window. 🙁

Powerful Pro-Level Handheld Massage Gun
This is an impressive hand held massager! Itâs relatively expensive, so you want to know that it is well made and really works. It does. It delivers deep vibration to knotted and sore muscles.It comes in a professional-looking zippered carrying case. You get easily interchangeable heads, 5 in total, with a place in the molded case for each one. My favorite is the foam-covered ball seen in the product shot.The on/off button is on the back. A long push will turn it on or off. Short pushes will cycle through the 4 different speeds. Blue LEDs light up to show you which one youâre on. On top of that, pushing on the gun against your body will also change the speed of the vibration. You can even slow it to a strong hammer-like pulse, which I like to do on really sore knots. To charge, you used the comes-with cord that plugs into a 110v wall socket, the other end into the back of the unit. Now the blue LEDs come on in sequence as it charges.My father was a chiropractor and my brother is a massage therapist, so Iâm experienced with muscle and skeletal manipulation for improved health. Iâm impressed by this device! It delivers a lot of power to the areas you need it.It really works, is worth the investment in my opinion, and is recommended.

Moderately Heavy and Did NOT hold a charge
I was so looking forward to using this. The item was featured on a morning show and looked like my solution for sore muscles. It IS moderately heavy to hold. I charged the device overnight, but it did NOT hold a charge! I was very disappointed.

Stopped Working! But now a replacement from truMedic is on the way!
I enjoyed the massager for about a month. Then 5 days beyond the âreturn windowâ it stopped working! Something is rattling inside. It was not dropped or misused. Not what I expected for a $200 device. However, the truMedic company made a prompt and easy replacement, so I changed my review from one to four stars.

My life was being seriously Iâm impacted by plantar fasciitis. I couldnât walk bare foot anymore. Then enter the my foot massager 4000 series. Honestly it has changed my feet for the better. My plantar fasciitis seems to be gone. I use this machine everyday, actually several times a day. So relaxing so helpful. I have had no issues with this product. It works perfectly.Hereâs the icing on the cake, the customer service is extraordinary. I would say itâs the best customer service Iâve ever dealt with. I wanted to order two more machines as gifts. Everywhere that I looked, sold out. I had the great fortune of dealing with L. She wanted to help me, she worked really hard to help me and she did ultimately help me purchase two more massagers. Every email exchanged answered promptly, professionally. Instead of saying everything that could not be done or would not be done, L told me all that she would do to help me. My goodness what a change up from the usual non customer service.So if you are thinking about buying this product, do it. Great product, great customer service. Win win.
