Tumbl Trak’s Forster Bar is a training aide intended to help perfect shifting for bar skills such as clear hips. The octagonal ends allow gymnasts to practice skills, such as a straight-arm backward roll. A rubber coating covers the bar, and gives a good grip, making the bar a safer training device. I reserve five stars for the best things ever. If this was half the price you would get 5. It’s nice. The gymnast in my life likes it – that’s what counts here. It’s a good bar but I wanted to pay less — so my review is biased based on that.
