It was a cool product when it worked right out of the box!But it wouldnât hold a charge so I had to return it.

Unit started ok ,stopped working
This tool started off alright. I had a fresh wash, hair was brushed straight from an air dry. The curling iron produced a decent curl on my almost shoulder length very fine (but naturally curly hair). It left my roots kinda puffy because the heated part cannot touch the roots so I had a puffy root that became a curl. If placed right the tool will gently pull in the hair and wrap it around the barrel. Then pause for 8 sec, it beeps and you slide the barrel out. No harsh grab/pull and no tangled hair. I started with a full charge, 30 min in and I was almost done with my hair and was going to post a little video clip on the use and results but then it stopped working. So I plugged it up, went to do other stuff for a little more than an hour and a half. When I came back, the charge indicator was a solid blue so it should have been ready or at least at 50 to 70 %. I Turned it on, the indicator turned orange and then immediately turned off. I turned it back on, same thing happened. Plugged it back in. But I had to finish my hair with a flat iron because I don’t have a regular curling iron. Tried to turn it on this morning after several hours of charging and it still lit up orange and then turned off. I kind of liked this despite the inability to get closer to the roots, but it won’t charge so it’s getting returned.

Fantastic and safe!
I love this automatic curling wand. It’s very high quality and works well. It has 3 heat settings as well as a button to easily change rotation direction. The negative ion feature made my hair come out nice and smooth and it automatically stops turning and has a beep after 8 seconds to remind you to release the hair if you want uniform heating time on all your curls. It is cordless and can also be used on the charging cord. Instructions said one charge lasts about an hour and charging time is about 100 minutes. It has a safety travel switch so it can’t be accidentally turned on in your luggage. One standout feature of this automatic curling iron is that the iron is totally encased in a protective shield while using it, meaning I can lean it up against my neck and won’t burn myself. This is a huge perk for using it to curl children’s hair as well. This is thoughtfully designed and I highly recommend it!

This automatic rotating iron works good to give hair a nice curl….very easily. Works fairly quick and makes it an ease to curl my hair.
