Smooth and quiet
I love this thing! I have MS and walking is a slow process. With this machine I can sit and pedal while watching YouTube or TV, or even reading. It has set programs you can use, or you can adjust the speed manually with the remote. It shuts off automatically at 30 minutes but you can just keep going. I give it a short break before doing so. I look forward to my pedal time, which is a definite advantage. This is a sturdy, well built QUIET item, and I highly recommend it.

Cycling anytime
I love how quiet & effective this machine is. It doesnât take up much space when in use. I wish the size was slightly narrower so it would store easily under a chair. Overall, I enjoy it. It helped to alleviate my nightly leg cramps. Itâs very easy to use. Great bang for your buck!

Powered pedals that work your muscles
This under-desk elliptical is interesting. It is a little on the heavier side but has a solid handle to move it. It comes with a floor mat to prevent slipping. It has to be plugged in to use and it comes with a remote. It’s supposed to come with foot straps but I didn’t see any. When I started it, I was surprised to see the pedals move on their own and wondered how I would be able to get a leg workout because of that. Again, I was surprised that it does work muscles. I had to keep reminding myself to relax as I was tensing up a bit. The powered pedals make it easier to keep your legs moving if you get distracted. It’s supposed to stop after 30 minutes but mine didn’t; that could be a user error. I did notice my knees were hurting the next day so I would recommend peeps who are out of shape or have medical issues start slow. Overall, I like this sitting elliptical.

Fun! And sort of relaxing!
Iâm loving this elliptical leg exerciser. My husband and I are both 65 and need to increase our exercise. My husband just had shoulder surgery, and the RN was telling us the importance of keeping your body moving (not that we didnât already know that). This was super easy to set up. Basically, all you do is carry it over and set it in front of a chair, plug it in, rest your feet on the pedals, wrap the foot straps around your feet and hit the power button. Then you set it to the setting you prefer. It comes with a mat that would be helpful on flooring but worked fine on my carpet without it. I donât think itâs too heavy for MOST women to carry. I like using the remote with batteries provided, as it is easier to see the settings than bending over to look at them. You can choose forward or backward pedaling, and very low to very fast pedaling, or you can set it to one of 3 pre-programmed settings that alternate speed etc. I think those modes run for 30 min. periods. It will automatically shut off after 30 mins anyway, as it needs a 5 min. ârestâ period after that amount of time. It provides 5 types of data: time used, number of pedal turns, walking distance, speed and calories burned. I have it sitting in front of our sofa, which never ordinarily gets used. It is quiet so will not disturb us while watching TV. I tried using it while sitting in my rocker recliner and it actually worked okay, but on the higher speeds it had me rocking more than I like. I didnât try it under my desk, but it would be a tight fit because I have the roll out tray that is lower than the desktop. This is low impact exercise and as far as Iâm concerned, itâs perfect for us seniors. Normally, every time I try to stretch or exercise, I wind up sore for days. Itâs also kind of fun to use. Iâve got to say though, Iâm not sure how much âexerciseâ I am getting with this piece of equipment because it does all the work for you! In spite of the lack of effort on my part, it says it promotes blood circulation, burns calories, and strengthens lower body muscles. Iâm excited about all those possibilities! I canât wait to get using it on a regular basis. I have one very minor issue with it. I wish the foot straps were secured somewhere on the foot pedals. You simply wrap them around the pedal and over your feet or shoes. I havenât worn shoes while using it and they probably work better with shoes, but often I am shoeless around the house. The tend to slip up from the middle of my feet. Thatâs honestly my only complaint thus far, so I think this product deserves five stars.
