Distance function
I dislike the distance display functi on because it does not display in measurable distance, but total revolutions.
This is not a good product. I thought it would be better. Not happy with it. –
Squeezing Sound
I recently bought it and using it everyday. Itâs already making a squeaking sound. Not sure how reliable this product is.

Remote DOES NOT WORK!!! Can’t reach the base sitting in chair…no phone number
I tried everything by the book from the start…it does not do anything in order past turning on and getting to the 20.00 minute mark…followed steps exactly…NOTHING. Tried just randomly pushing buttons and it came on the basic for 20 minutes, but never got anything after that…tried for hours…without any kind of tech support it’s useless.

I have to state the unit does function OK but has design flawsThe user’s instructions are limited and lacks full details such as what type of batteries needed for the remote,states nothing about the 6 red LEDs on the display or how to make own programIt does have 3 different programs, but they all are set to 20-minute cycle and manual mode would be needed if you want your own programming stepsHas no memory if making manual steps so loss of electrical power the manual settings are lostThe screen is black but any printing which is small on it is like a light gray so unless correct lighting you cannotsee print from the distance of your eyesight to the unit on the floorThe other design flaw is this weighs about 20 pounds and has n handle at all to lift or move aroundDue to the 2-foot rests that are on the pivot of the motor, you cannot use those to lift or move, and the rest just move aroundBeing this has to be set and positioned correctly in front of like a chair means you have to bend over from the chair to almost the ground and pickup to move that dead weight could cause physical problems with spine and jointsThis means after using it you then have to move it out of the way to stand up and walk away, so means you have to move it 2 times to use itThis design requires a moving handle to use this safely and less hassle moving this around
