A NICE LOW-IMPACT WORKOUT
When I bought this I didnât realize that motorized meant it moves independently. I just wanted to share this with others so they donât have the same confusion. I thought you moved it with your own feet, but itâs electric and has many different modes and speeds. I like it though, itâs the perfect size it fits great under the desk in my room. I work on my laptop a lot and noticed lately that Iâve been having health issues from being too sedentary, so I got this to help. Itâs a nice low-impact workout, I can use it without getting too tired or worn out. The fact that it moves on its own keeps my legs moving and helps with circulation but itâs not strenuous. The remote is nice, I like that I can change the settings with it instead of having to bend down to press the button on the machine. This elliptical will help a lot with my leg circulation issues.

I don’t know what I was expecting, but this product was excellent. You position yourself and just pedal away. Whether you are sitting on the couch or in a chair you get your legs moving. The setting is forward and backward. I’ve been using it for 25 minutes daily and very easy to use and get your joints moving. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a piece of light exercise equipment.

I’ve only had mine for 2 days now but as soon as i.got it yesterday, I unpacked it and used it for about 30.minutes. it was quiet, felt like it was well built and easy to.move around due to handle molded into the main body of the machine. Although it feels like it is built well, it is not that heavy at all to move around. I’m well pleased so far.

Ich nutze dieses ding waehrend ich game. Ob shooter oder relaxende games ich trete nebenbei. Am Anfang dachte ich das koennt ich nicht hinkriegen aber es geht ziemlich gut! es verrutscht nicht und ich merke, dass es meinen lymphoedem hilft abzuschwillen. Ich trete mauell eine stunde und dann lass ich die Maschine spaeter eine Stunde fuer mich bewegen. Damit ich nicht ganz so kaputt bin. Durch die Ergebnisse mit dem abschwillen bin ich leicht suechtig nach diesem Produkt! Hatte erst sorge ich wuerde es hassen aber zum glueck kams nicht dazu 🙂

Lo compré para mi padre que tiene 93 años y al enfermar ya no podÃa caminar como lo venÃa haciendo y para mi madre de 90 años que con el calor que hace no le apetecÃa salir algunos dÃas a pasear. El aparato que es de pedalear no lo querÃan, asà que me fijé en las opiniones de las diferentes marcas y modelos del entrenador elÃptico y decidà de todos comprar el Rollingsurfer porque todas las opiniones eran excelentes . He de decir que están encantados con el aparato. Mi madre me pide que le prepare el aparato para hacer el ejercicio por la mañana y por la tarde y ya ha subido de nivel. Además lo compré de segunda mano y llegó en perfectas condiciones, mejor que las esperadas.

Les différents programmes permettent le mouvement dans un sens puis dans lâautre, les programmes automatiques consistes uniquement à choisir le sens et le programme manuel permet de choisir le sens et la vitesse.On peut consulter diverses informations comme la durée, la distance, les caloriesâ¦La télécommande permet de faire fonctionner toutes les fonctionnalités du produit et il nâest donc pas utile de se pencher pour appuyer sur les boutons.Après soyons honnête, on est loin du travail dâun vélo elliptique et du travail musculaire quâil peut procurer, ça nâest dâailleurs pas la finalité du produit mais le terme est utilisé dans la description et peut être trompeur.La finalité première est donc de faire travailler les jambes améliorant efficacement la circulation sanguine et la flexibilité des membres inférieur. Câest un excellent appareil de rééducation.Je lâavais pris pour moi à la base faisant pas mal de télétravail pensant que je pouvais faire ma séance de sport assis mais il a fini chez mon beau-père de 84 ans qui est quasi invalide et ça fait effectivement des miracles chez lui car il manque dâexercice et ses jambes sâatrophiait.Je recommande ce produit pour ceux qui ont besoin soit dâune rééducation, soit dâexercice de flexibilité des jambes.
