Absolutely an amazing machine!
I have had this elliptical trainer machine for a couple of days now and just love it. I am a senior and it is perfect to keep my legs moving. I love the auto speed (which you set) the pedals will go forward & back and the speed changes on its own for 1/2 hour and then it will stop when the 1/2 hour is up. Honestly in the 2 days of use I have noticed it’s a little easier to get up and I’m not as stiff. This machine is not for a heavy duty workout but I would recommend highly to anyone that wants to keep their legs moving and the blood pumping. You can even use the machine barefoot the plastic does not hurt your feet but I would recommend socks or shoes when you are using it. They say to use it 1/2 hour a day for 5 days. I can’t wait until I can increase my time on it. My legs and knees really feel the difference. It is very quiet you can use it while watching TV. The size is great, it’s easy to move I have it sitting in front of my couch so I can use it everyday. Good price for this purchase not sure why I waited so long. The overall sturdyness of this product shows high performance.

A decent way to keep your legs moving while sedentary
My desk is not the easiest to get underneath. Once I got this machine hooked up under there, it works OK for keeping my legs moving with some resistance. I’ve not seen much in the way of results yet, but it has to be better for me than not moving anything but my fingers for several hours at my desk. I’m still working with it to get it integrated into my routine.

First things first: the machine came packaged in Styrofoam, some of which had crumbled. There were tiny little bits of it clinging to the entire surface of the machine. We have cats, and that stuff is poison, so we spent half an hour vacuuming the whole thing. Styrofoam is actually poisonous, and terrible for the environment, so it’s always surprising to see it still being used today.I’ve had other elliptical exercisers, but they always end up sliding on our hardwood floor. I have to prop them up against a wall or furniture, which limits where and when I can use them. I got this one specifically because the product page says it weighs over 14 lb, which is exactly what I needed. I already tested it out, and it doesn’t move an inch even on the higher speeds with more resistance.If you need something portable, or have limited ability to carry heavy objects, this machine is probably not for you. But if you need stability, then it’s great.
