Love sitting to add steps to my day!!! Itâs larger than I thought and takes up more room than planned for but that way I see it and USE it!!! Love that it has forward/backward, speed functions and manuel function too!!! Very easy to use!!!

My husband and myself are past 70 and need to keep our legs strong. This is wonderful!!! We get motion in our ankles, calves, knees, thighs and hip while sitting and watching TV. We started with short usage and each day build just a little. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! Would advise anyone who can’t go to a gym or go outside to walk or run to buy this!! I purchased this item for my mother-in-law who is recovering from a hospital stay and physical therapy. Of course I NEEDED to test it out. Simple to use quality built. Elliptical motion either automatic or manual. Exercises foot, ankle, calves, knees and hips while you’re sitting with no impact. Starts with a press of a button on the unit or use the remote to activare. It took me a few minutes to order a second unit because why just sit and watch TV when you can get movement and blood circulation at the same time. Great price good quality. Small investmen for your health.

Exactly what I wanted
This is exactly what I wanted for after a surgery to help get movement and blood flow in my legs. It comes already assembled. The only issue is the remote doesnât seem to work but itâs easy enough to start/ stop and pick functions on the machine but if someone canât bend so easily this would be a challenge without a remote.
