Terrific Product/Tool for Improving Posture
I think this is an excellent tool / product for helping a person improve their posture. I have tried shoulder braces, expensive bras, etc to improve my posture – to no avail. I really wasn’t expecting the Upright Trainer to work … but thought I would give it a try. It has been great! My posture has improved while wearing it and continues even when not wearing it. When it is on, it is like having someone tap you on the shoulder to remind you to stand or sit up straighter. The device holds a good charge – for more than a couple of days. The app is terrific and provides user options for posture degrees, vibration patterns, and it shows the daily and overall progress for posture. I like the necklace attachment – as I prefer that option over using tape for the device.

Nice alternative to adhesive
This is a great alternative to the adhesives that can cause skin reactions and is reusable endlessly. I like the color and it rests at a good position on my back to keep good posture.

Very buggy app
Overall, the Upright Go is a great idea with poor execution.Wearing it has helped my posture and reduced the pain, but in the process I took on a new pain: extremely buggy app, poorly designed UX, poor support, and a tracker that just kept falling.Buggy app: the app is poorly designed. After 1 month of using it, it would always try to update the tracker and get stuck at 0%.Poorly designed UX: the vibrations for signaling what mode the tracker is in and if it’s on or off are straight up inconsistent and unhelpful. That combined with the fact I can’t use the app means i need to guess what mode it’s on.Poor support: contacted support about my app problems and they just keep stalling. Thanks for nothing and for wasting my time, support! Also, the documentation and help articles are scatterbrained and you can tell they put minimal effort into it.Tracker keeps falling: the stickers such, had to replace them 1-2 times a day and I wasn’t even sweating! I bought a necklace which solved that problem but it made my neck itchy.Overall I’d say if someone else implemented this idea, they can do it 10X better.Edit: the seller contacted me and expedited a new device to me, which thankfully updated successfully so I can fully use it again. The other cons I wrote about still stand but they are quite minor in absolute terms and compared to the app not working.

Great for posture
My daughter has this for her posture. Great tool to have with the other part that sticks to you. Using this necklace avoids losing the device that alerts you when you have a bad posture. Will buy again! Works great!

Flawed product, adhesive is subpar
The first few days I loved this product. It was great and finally something to hold me accountable for my posture. Everything was amazing while at work and sitting in a desk most of the day, however the problem started when actually using the thing for every day life. You better hope your skin never gets warm or sweat even a little, because the sensor can fly right off. Less than a week in and it fell off my back while walking from my car to a restaurant. I didnât even notice and now itâs gone. Imagine if you use this while running or working out at a gym, for a health and wellbeing product, it sure does not meet standards for active people.

It needs to be shifted back and recalibrated a lot and says Iâm bending when Iâm not but with the tape it was in place. I wish I didnât order it but Iâm too lazy to return this for the $16.
