So cool! Everyone loved it!

There are a lot larger and oversized in person. I had a dead replacement LED in mine.
These pens are a lot physically larger than they look in the picture. Yes they do function and yes you could use them in certain situations but they’re really impractical to put in your pocket. You could put them on a woodworking table or keep them next to some kind of machine for writing and using the LED light. It comes with a few replacement LED lights but one of the replacements was burnt out already, yes I tried new batteries. But the one that was in it already works and it already gave me an additional replacement so I’m probably fine. The reason why I took one star off at the end of the day was the miniature screwdriver attachment is not particularly solid. It’s very hard to get it to lock in, most of the time it turns when you try to use it. It has a small rubber O-ring that likes to try to get lost that makes it friction based but you still have to get it into the back of the holder to actually seat it. Mine never seems to want to seat and frequently pops out of its seat. Also mine was assembled with extremely tight threads. So I had to figure out what the correct procedure was to unthread some of the accessories. I didn’t find the instructions helpful for that.Overall I would only see this as being useful if you had some piece of equipment or machine where you had to write down stuff with it while also using the flashlight or screwdriver to make observations or adjustments. Otherwise I would say you might be better off looking for a slimmer drawing implement.

5 stars for the value, 4 stars for quality
For less than $15 total, this is a solid deal. You get 2 pens, some ink refills, an LED insert instead of the rubber-end stylus, etc. This doesn’t replace my EDC pen for normal day to day (a $20 Cross ballpoint, nothing special) but I do keep it in my Truewerk pants for whenever I’m doing projects. The level is of marginal use – better than just eyeballing it, but I don’t think Stabila is worried haha.I like the mini-screwdriver included in the end – very helpful for the odd small screw….eyeglass frame, battery covers, switch plate covers, etc.I haven’t tried the flashlight (EDC is a Baton 3 from Olight) but I’m sure it’s good enough for added light. The battery is a small/odd-size so not sure it replacing it is an option when it dies.Overall I’m happy w/the 2-pack for the price. Makes for a good stocking stuffer, keep it in your car, or kitchen junk-drawer, etc. 5-stars for the value and generally delivers as advertised.

Very Useful
My older son collects “pocket tools”, especially multi-tools, and he really got a kick out of this one. Here is my take on some of its features:1.LED FlashlightIt works! It won’t light up the back yard, but it’s great for seeing in tight places where a full size flashlight won’t fit.2.Flathead and Phillips Screwdrivers: these are for smaller #1 screw heads3.Standard and Metric Rulers: 4″ and 100mm , very handy4.Rubber Stylus: My son says it works for him, he is a graphics artist.5.Bubble Level: Very handy for leveling pictures on the wall, and other small leveling jobs6.Black Ballpoint Pen: Works good, no skips, rolls smoothly7.Bottle Opener: Most important tool on this thing! This a pretty handy multi-tool that can get you out of a bind when you have a small job to accomplish and don’t have your toolbox nearby. I’d rate it with a grade of 91%, which is still an A, so I give it five stars.

Nice Gift!
This little tool is amazingly well made and everyone I gave it to loved it.

It certainly stuffed stockings
Good filler gift, I suppose. How useful its many tools are? I’m not sure. The quality is a bit indifferent, and even if it was better, the form factor isn’t great for all these little features.Still, it certainly did stuff the stocking..

Interesting combination of ‘tools’ with some flaws
I had initially thought that this set was 2 of the same kinds of pens- but that is incorrect, it’s two different pens with slightly different features.First off, it is nice that they included two extra pen cartridges for both of the pens as well as 2 replacement flashlight modules for the larger one- pity that one of the flashlights was on when I got it and the battery was clearly run down a bit.The instructions are -kind- of useful for the pens- both of them include a combo precision flat/phillips screwdriver that you must unscrew one of the end of the pens to get to. In the case of the larger pen, you have both unscrew the whole lower (pen-end) of the pen and then -also- unscrew the back (stylus) end of that assembly to get to the screwdrivers. The smaller pen is easier, you just have to unscrew the stylus end. It’s not immediately obvious, but if you push the screwdriver-part back into the larger section of the pen, it will hold it and you can use the pen itself as the handle. The rulers on the pens look like they would be fairly useful, especially if you have to do (relatively short, given their length) measurements a lot while needing to write them down as well. I’m not sure if I wholly trust the bottle opener to not bend, but I don’t have any handy to try opening with it. The levels look to work properly, but given their small size they’ll probably not be the most accurate overall. This isn’t a bad set of pens it seems- but they’ll mostly be useful if you have a regular need for the ‘tools’ that they come with.
