Will open most watch backs unless they are real diver watches with strong seals.To change a battery in a regular quartz watch this will do the job, no need for a trip to the watch store unless they offer free batteries

Turned the screw once and the top popped off. Didnât seem to be connected so Iâm not sure how it would hold the watch in place.

This made it possible to unscrew the back of a watch that I otherwise would have had to take to a jeweler to replace the battery. I tried every other kind of tool and was only damaging the watch.
