There straps are highly recommended on YouTube by Dr. Mike Israetel. I love his channel. This rec is a miss for me.I had high hopes, but they are *very* uncomfortable and awkward to use. I’m sure they work great for some people. Not for me. I tried them with different bars and it is just a no go. I’ll stick to my gloves.
