   It Really Works as Intended!
   It Really Works as Intended! I had just come home from a major back surgery and found the need for help with wiping. After trying a few others and found them to be useless, cheaply built coming apart before even one use. So Grateful I found the Vive wiping aid. As I said, this one really works and played a huge part in my recovery. I’m grateful also that was just temporary device for me but I’m sure the Vive tool would have held up much much longer if needed. I would definitely recommend this product.

   This is impossible to use
   The paper will not hold, not for baby wipes either. I have tried many ways of wrapping/setting paper and wipes and it just falls off. Does not allow you to actually clean and you spend more time cleaning the wand and (disgustingly) fishing the baby wipes from the toilet. It’s just gross. Wasted my $$ here.

   This thing is awkward
   So I hurt my back and bought this and hated this. I’m a big guy and recently torqued my back. Reaching was causing harm so I bought this thinking maybe it will help. It is so uncomfortable and hard to make sense of.Just buy a bedet attachment in my opinion which is what I did because using a plastic wand on the toilet where you’re a big person is just uncomfortable.Also the thing doesn’t like hold the paper well and it isn’t built well for what you need it to do.

   I use this in addition to using a squirt bottle ans between the two I can clean the buttock area pretty good

   DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!
   It’s hard to remember a time when I was more disappointed in something, this thing is useless!! The pictures show that it grabs the paper, but that is a LIE! The grabber is weak rubberized plastic that barely closes when you open it, if it closes on the paper at all, and certainly doesn’t grip the paper hard enough to hold it while you wipe.I have a dilemma now. I would return it, but being the area it’s used for, that would be unacceptable, so I’m stuck with this useless thing! I wasted my money, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Steer clear of this worthless tool!**UPDATE** Thank you for the refund, it’s truly appreciated. The idea of your product is good, the materials used to make it are the problem, including the design flaw of that rod thru the middle of the grabber area almost to the top of the grabbing pads that prevents the paper from seating properly. I honestly don’t know how anyone actually used that thing for its intended purpose. If the functionality of that grabber matched the quality of your customer service, it would be an exceptional product.

   Wipes the Hiney….
   It functions well, and has a better curvature for my size than similar products. I recommend using wet-wipes, however, since TP will fall out.

   Not Totally Secure
   I recently had spinal surgery and was not going to be able to bend in order to wipe properly. Gave this a try but when using it, the wipe fell off into the toilet. For most, this isn’t an issue if using a flushable wipe. I however, have a septic system that cannot accept anything other than good ‘ol toilet paper. I suppose I could have tried using it with toilet paper but wanted the convenience of a sanitary wipe. Honestly, I have really long arms which worked just as well if not better. This product is rather useless in my opinion unless perhaps you have really short arms!

   The best of all similar items!
   Having a broken arm and ribs, I needed help reaching. The shape of the wand is perfect for reaching as far back as you need, and the “head” is by far the best design! Its narrow and will easily fit between the “cheeks” and has an easy load and release, and can be used with any amount or length of TP. Another product I tried first had less of a curve & limited reach, a much wider head which was hard to fit between the cheeks. It was harder to load TP which needed a specific length of TP and it wrapped all the way around so was harder for it to let go of TP afterwards. This one also comes with 3 replacement heads, which I haven’t needed yet but good to have. Highly recommend this product!

   Never used. We tried dry run at Occupational Therapy with clothes on and it didn’t work. Part of my problem is that I have an injured right shoulder and I’m right handed. It could take up to a year to fix it or it may never happen. I want to return it.
