No sweat on device!
So I’ve been using my new meta Quest 2 for a week now. Any time I did supernatural workouts, 20-30min, my headset would be dripping with sweat, so gross. I tried this today and no sweat at all, or down my face. Granted it was not molded to my face, but I think that’s better anyway for a bit of air flow. I did have to adjust it when the headset is on – just pulled it down a bit and it worked great. Very comfy.

I use these with oculus 2 headset to keep sweat off face and vr equipment. Strap adjusts for different head sizes and it’s easy to wash. Definitely works to keep sweat under control. It’s a little learning curve on getting it positioned to work for each person, but easy to figure out. Overall, I like it and would recommend if sweat is a problem while using VR headset.

It works
I found these worked great without having to make any adjustments to my VR headset(some people suggest removing the padding on the headset). You do have to be a little careful putting the headset over the mask as it will move and slide, but once aligned and the headset is tightned to your head it’s secure. It keeps sweat off of the headset and you can just throw it in the washing machine when it’s dirty.

Material good, but uncomfortable under the Oculus
When wearing the foam mask as it was originally designed it was very uncomfortable under the VR headset. The lower part (the nose cover) was extremely bothersome. If I wanted to have it over my nose, my vision got partially blocked, but if I pulled it down, it blocked my nose. So I cut off the bottom part, leaving only the forehead part and some of the sides. Now it is working as intended. I’m playing VR tennis, so my workout gets very intensive. The material is really sucking up the sweat leaving my face mostly dry and it is more comfortable without the lower part. However, every face is different, just because it didn’t fit my face, doesn’t mean that it would not fit somebody else’s face perfectly. The material really fits the purpose….

Thatâs right, Iâm talking to you. These are better than whatever other ones youâre cross shopping between this one with.It fits real nice, it doesnât slip and slide like my pits do in the summer heat. Very easy to install onto my face. The strap position was a concern I had with my dumbo ears, but theyâre good and adjustable. Padding is really comfortable and helps reduce the pressure from my Quest 3. I feel like Batman while Iâm wearing these. I like to put them in the fridge before I use them for a tantalizing, cooling experience.I hope your dreams come true.

save yourself the money, just get a replacement or upgrade for your headset

I want to like these – but…
These guys were an option I chose over spending way to much for quest 3 cloth or leather (vinyl) face pad. Easy to put on and adjust, though at first the thing was covering my nose. Got it on right, put on the quest 3 and it was very nice, soft and felt pretty good. Thought I had a winner. BUT 30 minutes into a round of golf the thing started slipping up into the bottom of my eyes and the upper part slipped up higher on my forehead. Though I should absolutely not have to do it, I removed the quest, fixed it and got back to the game. Then it shifted down and it was the nose again. Game Over.I won’t tolerate anything as annoying as this so these go back

One very important detail!!!
I order these hoping they could help with the sweat and the skin touching the silicone face cover my Meta Quest 3 had. But at the beginning It felt like it limited my field of view cause of the stock padding in the quest plus the added padding this mask have. It made my quest stay a bit further from my eyes than usual. The thing is!!!! Just take the stock padding of the quest!! These masks are literally made to replace the padding on any face interface! If you have the stock face interface you could rip off the padding. But if youâre like me and have a custom face interface with a velcro strip to secure the padding, just take the padding out and use it without it. IT WORKS WONDERS!!
