   Definitely a difference
   buying these namebrand otoscope speculums I highly recommend. I’ve bought the generic version of these and they never fit on the otoscope head exactly right. They always have a loose fit. these fit perfect and hold onto the otoscope head. Also other brands tend to be shinier and finish, which causes light reflections when you’re looking into an ear. These do not cause that same problem. They are a matte black.
