   I love it
   Many people say that this product is weak. However, I have used the same handle for over 5 years and I LOVE IT!!! It has never broken, the batteries last as long today as it did in the beginning, but I do let it run down before I charge it. I have never had a problem with it breaking. I now have 3 and we have 3 audiologists using them and all three of us love it. It is so much lighter in weight than the Nickel Cadmium battery. I won’t ever go back.

   Great replacement for my original set from school.
   My original dx handle finally died (the silver Ni-Cd battery style) and I was very fortunate to find this handle. It works with all of my other attachments so that saves me having to spend an extra $500 for the attachments. I’m very happy with this purchase!

   Worth the Money
   I have used it for over six months now. Handle is light. The charger is super easy to use and one charge can last a really long time. Way brighter and clearer than the cheaper one I used. Definitely worth the money.

   Faulty advertised
   I received the product today, there is no USB cord included as described and as shown in the display picture. It is a total rip off. The reason I ordered this part is that I want both the charger and the USB cord. I need an explanation from the seller. According to the questions that I found below from other customers to the seller, the USB cord is supposed to be included in the package, please see below:****The picture shows the USB cord, does this product include the USB? if I order this, would I be getting the 71900 USB?****Answer: The power handle comes with the USB cable to charge the handle in any USB port. Comes exactly like the picture***By US Medical Device SELLER on July 7, 2020*****Please send me the missing part: USB cord, thank.The unhappy buyer.

   So far it appears to be good.
   This is my second Welch Allyn battery. My first one lasted 10 years before it fell apart. I am expecting same quality. So far it appears to be good.
