Great Price…. Great Ball
First….About me…. 70 yrs old… Been playing the game for 58yrs… Play 3 or 4 times a week at my home course from the Senior Tees (5700yds). HDCP is currently 6.8… I have lost a good amount of distance due to aging (can’t help that)…. I tried some of these golf balls because I am disgusted with the crazy high prices of premium golf balls! ($50 – $70 for a dozen)… My game is simple… “Fairways & Greens”…. I never have been able to Spin, Draw, or Fade on command. I now always look for a ball that is durable, gives me Distance off the tee, is Hot off the irons, and has a solid feel off the putter…. These “Wilson Profile” balls more than satisfy what I look for in a golf ball…. and they do it at an UNBELIEVABLE PRICE!!! (Doesn’t hurt the hip pocket so bad when one gets away from me)… After playing through the 1st half dozen of these, I ordered 3 more boxes before they jack up the price. Bottom line….. It definitely won’t hurt you to try a couple of them.HAR3NC

Great ball, regardless of price.
I play golf twice weekly with 8 to 12 serious golfers. I am 69 years old and most of my fellow golfers are over 65. One of the best golfers in the group had just had a great round, (he shot 80 from the white tees at a difficult course), and was enthusiastic about the new ball he had recently started playing. As it turns out he was playing the Wilson Profile ball. I had never heard of the ball and have always been a bit of a golf ball snob. I usually play a Prov I or a Titleist AVX (which cost about five dollars each with tax). He gave me one Wilson Profile and I played it for every stroke of my next round and shot an 85 I have been struggling with my game and my handicap had crept up to 18.2. I was amazed at the performance of the Wilson Profile. Usually cheap balls are one dimensional, either being rock hard so that they are long off the tee or too soft for distance but pretty good on and around the greens. This ball was good off the tee and excellent on approach shots, chipping and putting. I went home that night and ordered these balls and they were delivered by the next morning. My next round was at an even more difficult course and I shot an 84, again with the Wilson Profile, and easily won our team’s match. Two days later I had been invited to play in a member guest tournament at an even more difficult and prestigious course. My partner and I won our match and I shot an 82, again with the Wilson Profile. My son works at Pine Valley and is even a bigger golf ball snob than I was. He laughed at my use of the Wilson Profile, but not at the results. My handicap is down to 16.9 as of this writing and I hope to get it back to my previous number of 10.The Wilson Profile costs less than 80 cents each and is worth it weight in gold. Don’t hesitate to buy these because you have never heard of them. I don’t see how they can make a quality ball for this price. No celebrity endorsements, but you should buy them nonetheless.

Unknown surprise.
Never seen this ball anywhere except Amazon. And for the price, my expectations were low. However, this is a pretty interesting ball. Flies extremely straight with decent distance off the driver. Compresses great off the irons and actually feels soft around the greens. Not that annoying rubber ball feel. But a nice controllable feel. Doesn’t spin like a 4 piece but checks up soft . It took a while to get used to the putting because of its light feel. But I grew to love how consistently I could control distance with this ball. Durability isn’t the greatest, but who cares when it’s an under a buck ball and this ball performs well above its price tag . Nothing about this ball will wow you, but the consistency will will make you feel comfortable and confident. It’s definitely my new gamer.

Cheap and durable ball. In fact this is the cheapest new golf ball I’ve ever found.Spin? Nope, not really. Hit this and a proV1 and they’re not the same. Compression rating? Great question, no idea. Does it matter? No, youre reading a multi paragraph review on the cheapest golf ball on Amazon, obviously it doesn’t. But for less than $1/ball, what are you expecting? They aren’t going to be the same.Well, they share some similarities. They fly into the woods just like Pro V1s. They sink in water just as fast as a ProV1. They sound similar to any other ball I’ve ever hit off of a tree.I’ve played one of these balls through a whole round and it held up just fine. Used it again the next game and sent it off to meet its friends in the woods off the first tee. And I didn’t care because it cost me $0.87.If you’re an average golfer, these are all you need. Grab a couple boxes when they go on sale and leave them in your garage. Once your golf game is good enough that you’re not losing more than a ball a game, and you’ve got consistency in your swing, move up the golf ball chain. Until then, keep sending these into the woods so I can fill my bag back up.
