Where has this been all my life?
I use this light to wake up in the morning and itâs an absolute game changer. I have it hooked up to a smart plug so it turns on automatically at the same time each morning, and off 15min later. It shines right in my face and gives me so much energy that Iâm actually excellent to get out of bed and go tackle my day. The set ups is super basic and simple, I will be buying a nicer looking lamp for the bulb, but it was easy to get started with.Note: the bulb is very heavy and the stand is very light. It has to be positioned properly so it doesnât tip over.

I need a bigger one 4 my whole body but it was a good purchase otherwise, especially for face, neck and shoulders, it worked well, easy 2 assemble, compact, sturdy Yada, yada, yada, u can’t go wrong.

I use a red therapy pad on my knees and decided to buy this lamp to target more of my legs that the pad does not reach. It works fairly well, although not as the same intensity of the pad. The one thing I wish this product had was an on/off button (you have to plug and unplug).

I can’t feel a difference. I keep this one on my desk at work for my shoulder aches. It’s been about 2 weeks or so and nothing has changed. I will report back in 30 days if I can remember. Alot of hype but no results. Maybe these lights aren’t all the same. Some may be better than others. I pray I. Didn’t waste my money.*sigh*
