Product Description
The Wolf Gourmet programmable coffee maker brews a superior-tasting cup using the optimal temperature, time, and extraction method. An integrated grounds scale lets you know exactly how much coffee to add for your preferred strength, so you can recreate your favorite cup of coffee again and again.
You might not see all of the internal upgrades we made to the Wolf Gourmet coffee maker – like the shower head that was designed to meet strict extraction standards or the fine-tuned heating element – but you’ll taste the difference. Five boldness options allow you to tailor your batch exactly how you like it.
Accu-Brew Technology
The Accu-Brew setting lets you know exactly how much ground coffee you need to achieve your preferred boldness, so you will achieve a consistent taste you can recreate over and over again whether you are brewing four cups or ten. An integrated scale weighs the grounds as you add them to the brew basket, while the easy-to-read LCD display lets you know when to stop.
Thermal Carafe
The double-walled, stainless steel carafe keeps coffee hot and fresh long after it is brewed.
Removable Water Reservoir
Detaches from the side of the coffee system for easy filling. An integrated water filter reduces chlorine for improved taste.
Front Load Brew Basket
A smooth-glide drawer allows easy access to the brew basket from the front of the unit, no shifting from under the cabinets required.
SUPERIOR-TASTING COFFEE: The Wolf Gourmet programmable coffee maker uses the optimal brewing temperature, extraction method, and time to craft the perfect cup of coffee.
UNIQUE ACCU-BREW MODE: Built-in scale weighs coffee grounds as you add it to the brew basket to ensure the ideal coffee-to-water ratio.
PROGRAMMABLE SETTINGS: Brew on Accu-Brew or Manual modes. Adjustable brew strength from mild to bold offers a customizable experience.
STAINLESS STEEL THERMAL CARAFE: 10-cup carafe with double-wall construction keeps coffee hot and fresh.
EASY TO FILL: Load coffee grounds into the smooth-glide, front-load brew basket. The removable side-access reservoir can be filled right in the sink.

Expensive but worth it
We bought this on sale to replace a 10+ year old Cuisinart maker that was starting to damage the paint on our cabinets from the steam and was getting overall pretty scummy. The price was painful for a coffee maker but itâs been rock solid. It brews super fast, zero steam, quiet and looks really nice in the kitchen. I use the accu-brew feature every time to weigh the exact amount of coffee being loaded and the flavor is waaaay better than our old maker. Very easy to clean too. My only complaint is that I wish it could make a slightly larger pot, when we have family visiting I have to make a couple pots in the morning. But overall, itâs the best coffee maker Iâve ever owned and I would buy it again if I had to.

Makes a great cup of coffee
The adjustable brew strength and accu-brew mode is great. The carafe is solid and keeps coffee at a desirable temperature for a considerable amount of time. Worth every penny…

Super Expensive but the coffee is great and the machine looks great and is very easy to. use.
Love my new coffee maker. It was for sure a luxury purchase but I hope to have it for many years to come. The water tank is easy to take out and has water markings that are easy to see. The coffee basket is also easy to remove and clean up is super easy. Love the red Wolf handles that match my stove. Not sorry I bought this coffee maker. It is better than my Ratio 8 which has now had to be sent back twice to Oregon for servicing.

Excellent coffee, safe under cupboards, simple controls, pricey
Replaced an old Cuisinart coffee maker with the Wolf. The Wolf produces far better coffee than the Cuisinart.Pro:- great coffee, cleaner taste, more aromatic- no steam output from the top making it safe under cabinets- easy access to the water tank and the coffee filter- simple controls- heavy duty – almost 10 pounds- coffee stays hot if you preheat the stainless carafe with hot water- 5 year warranty- FAST brew time – 6-7 minutes- Quiet brewCon:- price – I paid about $420 for the Wolf on sale with points. That is still a bargain compared to high end espresso makers that can top $5k. Thankfully, Iâm not an espresso guy.I like this machine. It works well, fits my kitchen counter perfectly, no top steam release that can delaminate of discolor upper cabinets, very quiet (see video), is simple to use and clean and brews quickly, like 7 minutes. Hope that helps!

Love It!
We did a lot of research on coffeemakers because we got tired of nasty pods snd poor selection of Nespresso grinds/flavors. Arguably looked at Wolf early since it matches all of our new appliances, but after researching and comparing features we pulled the trigger. One week in: whole family has Accubrew figured out. Highlights for us: Carafe is perfect for 2hr temp hold, water reservoir pulls out sideways allowing under cabinet operation, carafe is easy to clean (wide opening) and pours well, filter âdrawerâ is SOLID. This is a well-made unit that makes dialing in your brew easy. Itâs fast, and the programming is easy. We got a nice Fellow grinder to use with it, and making coffee is fun again. You get what you pay for. Iâd buy again.

Highest Quality
I bought this to replace my old coffeemaker. I wanted a quality product as I grind my own beans and really enjoy my morning coffee. This is everything I hoped for and more: easy to use, super easy to clean, makes hot coffee that is just perfect. Looks great on my counter, I love the pull out basket. It has just been fun to use. I highly recommend it.

Does it need a warmer?
Wolf is a great manufacturer. I bought this to match my current Wolf appliances. I like the weighing option but you can always buy a digital scale and weigh out 15 GMs per serving and save on a less expensive machine. I like toys and itâs convenient feature so the extra money was worth it. I couldnât figure out why many of the reviews were saying the coffee is cold and I almost didnât purchase the machine. I take my coffee black so this just has not been an issue at all for me. I can see if you add a large amount of milk it could possibly not be hot enough or if the pot sat for an hour before pouring and adding milk. There is no warmer and the pot is thermal insulated. It does hold temp for 90 minutes so if you donât drink coffee within that time frame this pot is not for you, especially if you add milk. Taking coffee black the coffee will still be warm after 90 minutes for me but not as hot when it was first made. Not cold but drinkable right away. Wolf needs to put some kind of warmer for those who drink milk. I think itâs a novel idea not to but in the real world most people like coffee very hot 90 minutes latter. For me I drink my coffee within an hour so no issues. The machine is expensive and nothing special about the taste over a $200 machine. It does have a nice feature on brew strength but the weighing option takes care of that. The machine is very easy to use too and easy clean up. It is a Wolf and looks cool and if you have Wolf appliances is there really a choice? I gave it four stars as it should have a warmer and probably cost no more than $400.

Great machine
I love the wide opening of the carafe. I can fit my hand right in to clean it – my previous Breville one was too narrow and a brush on a handle canât scrub coffee stains as well as my own hand. This carafe doesnât keep the coffee as hot as the Breville did but my microwave is nearby if I want it super hot. Even putting hot water in it first doesnât keep it steamy. – The ability to decide on brew strength and then use the scale to get the appropriate amount of ground coffee is pretty amazing and itâs truly tasty every time. I enjoy seeing if I go over or not lol, a personal challenge to NOT cause the scale graphic to blink at me! I loved my previous Breville grind and brew machine but Iâm disgruntled because it stopped working 3 months post-warranty and they said it canât even be repaired based upon the specific error message it had. I decided to try a higher-end brand in this Wolf machine and hope it lasts longer than the Breville. We are very happy with it. The coffee definitely comes out more delicious than the Breville.

Splurged on this coffee maker but got it on sale so it helped a bit. Donât know why the negative reviews. I love it. Coffee made in under 4 minutes for 10 cups. Taste is amazing as u can customize with beans and adjust strength. Coffee stays smoking hot for way over 1.5hours (without warming up the pot by hot water). Easy to carry and fill water reservoir. Pot has large opening if I want to wash inside. The pour out of it is great. Itâs not slow. Itâs a normal pour. I realize not everyone can be made happy but common ð. Iâd highly recommend this coffee maker. Especially knowing that they have great support and a warranty for 5 years! And it looks amazing to boot.

After watching several reviews online about this product we took the plunge. I have never spent anywhere close to this amount on a coffee maker in the past, but I am impressed! Lots of functionality to get the perfect cup. Coffee is hot and stays hot for a long time. Love the weigh scale option. Very quiet too. Best price was on Amazon.

Just a simple and quick way to make hot coffee for 2 people or 10. Coffee really does stay piping hot for an hour. Secret is the warm the carafe before you start the brew. No drip and easy to clean.
