Really Great for Workouts
It’s exactly what I was looking for. I needed something long enough to fit my longer torso that would not bunch or roll while I was working out. It’s a great fit and I already feel like I’m being held in place with compression and support. I am 5’6″ and 160 pounds. I carry weight in my stomach area and wanted this to fit really tight so I got a small. I love that it fits my shoulders, covers my back, fits down to my hip line, it stays in place and feels good underneath clothing. The only downside is that you need to air it out upon receiving it. It has a weird smell and I used Febreeze to make it better. Also, like any shapewear, it does take a second to get it zipped, but I love and needed the hold it provides. I pretty much wear it every day and I do sweat a little even if I’m just sitting at my desk, lounging or sleeping. I’m okay with that and want that and even find that my posture is even better. It’s def really great during a workout for sweating and support.

This is my second one! I ruined the first when I washed it – so BE CAREFUL WASHING IT! I love how comfortable it is to wear and how I can still move in it! I wear it to work under my shirt – I work in a warehouse. I think it fits great. I’m normally, depending on the make, a small or a medium. If they could make something in the middle that would be me. I’m 5’5″ and 152lbs. I bought a small so it would be tighter around the waist because lets face it you want it tighter so it can help burn the fat. The first one I had from here did not have the little “bra” buckles so I thought that was a nice new feature they added. That way you can pull it tight so it’s easier to zip up. Love this and would recommend to others – and have, they love it as well!

Must Read, Honest Opinion, Helpful Information
The item arrived earlier than expected, which I was excited about!The shapewear I received was too big, I want to go two sizes smaller (Large). As a woman, I know it can be hard with ordering shapewear so let me give a little more details. My natural waist (1 inch above my belly button) measures at ** but I have an overhang. Yes, my tummy hangs 🙁 . I measured the lower portion of my tummy (the muffin top) and the measurement was **. I was really skeptical about ordering based on the waist since the muffin top/overhang is the bigger portion of my midsection but I did so anyway. To my surprise it fit loosely and covered the ENTIRE STOMACH! I know this is important and extremely helpful to woman who’ve had children or have an overhang belly…I ordered a 2xl according to the size chart; however, I feel a large will help maximize results. It seems comfortable but not firm, as you would expect shapewear to be. I don’t like the back fat that hangs over but I’m not sure if it’s because this one is too big. After measuring yourself, I suggest getting a size smaller then the chart recommends. Excited to see results! Be encouraged ladies & love yourself. This doesnât look like my other neoprene belts, it seems much cheaper but I didnât feel like returning it and itâs another good layer to help with sweating but I definitely think itâs not neoprene.

UPDATES BELOW!!!!(Makes you sweat a lot!!! Even if you canât see it! Please read update!!)Original review:I received my waist trainer today and I cannot wait to use it!The fit seems fine so far. I will update my post as I workout this week. I currently do high impact cardio and a lot of ab work 7 days a week. (Chloe Ting challenge! Check her out on YouTube!!!!) add that with a waist trainer and youâve got Killer results!I was just wearing a Walmart golds gym waist trainer at the start of this challenge, which worked great but didnât cover my whole torso. My results are crazy good and Iâm only on week 3 of my challenge.Iâm so stoked to have a waist trainer that covers lower abs, upper abs AND BACK!!!These things will make you seriously sweat and trim down that belly fat like you wonât believe!!!I ordered a size medium. I am 5â5ââ, my waist is 31 inches, my hips are 37 inches and I weigh 151 lbs.Itâs a little snug but I would rather that than have it a little too big. Especially while Iâm transforming so quickly right now. (Seriously recommend chloe ting!!!)The only complaint I have so far is that the shoulder straps seem loose and come away from the skin a pretty good amount. I hope this wonât be a problem while working out. Iâm willing to give it a shot & will continue to update throughout this week!!UPDATE::Able to move all around. Not restricting. The loose arms donât seem to cause an issue. Maybe even better to allow full range of motion.Sweat? Wow!!! And let me just say, I am NOT a sweaty person!I could see the sweat accumulating on my sports bra but never dripping from my belly & back like the golds gym trainer did. I got to wondering if it was as good as the golds gym one because of this. BUT HEAR ME OUT. Itâs just made of a material that holds the moisture. The back of my sports bra is under the vest so the bra fabric soaks the moisture instead and this is why Iâm only seeing sweat there. I did a test with a small cotton swatch that I crocheted (cotton absorbs and holds moisture). I put the swatch under my vest on my tummy and completed my cardio workout. At the end (guys. Omg.) I was able to actually WRING OUT the sweat on that swatch!SO YES IT MAKES YOU SWEAT WHETHER YOU SEE IT OR NOT.Only complaint I have is that the zipper moves and hangs (and itâs a pretty large one) so when youâre doing anything on your tummy it can kind of hurt. BUT Iâm going to see a pice of fabric to act as a pocket for the zipper because this vest is a KEEPER!!!!My photos Iâm sharing are of my results before and during weeks 1,2&3 doing Chloe Tings workout challenge while wearing a waist trainer. You can literally see me slimming and toning!!Also, sorry for the sweaty bra but I really wanted to show that it works. And as you can see from the results, it really really makes a difference!!!SERIOUS RESULTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VEST AND CHLOE TINGS CONTENT!!!!!

I have bought many clothing products off here and got less than what I paid for and had to return the product for quality issues or size issues. This is amazing especially for the price considered. The size is just right for starting off and it gives you 2 extra rows to tighten if or when needed and the material is better than expected. I noticed when I took it off my shirt was soaked in sweat underneath. Only time will tell if it makes a difference in my tummy fat. Size: M 5â5.5â 165#

Baybee let me tell you, do a nice mile walk in the sun and you’ll feel the wettness before even taking it off.. It maintains the heat your building and you will sweat! I also love it doesnt go over my breast, I wanna keep those lol. And its very comfortable!
