Works great!
I purchased for a little light home workout when I’m not able to be in the regular gym and this machine did not disappoint! I was in the Army and sit-ups were nothing for me. Five kids later and that is no longer true. With this little machine I’m able to do sit ups again and I’m so excited. I was unsure if this machine would be worth the price, but it really is. It also includes a sheet of different exercises you can do making it even more of a value. It is also space saving and slips right under my bed or easily in a closet. I definitely recommend for a light home workout.

Wonder Core does Wonders!
This is a really great alternative and additive to anyones home gym set up. It comes quick and is super easy to set up. Additional Strap included for more support for the bars. Cushion on the bottom is plush and gives great support. I have used this for crunches, side planks and even push-ups. Quality build, lots of sturdy metal. Dials help change the range of the bars. Only downside is that I feel like there is only one tension setting, would love some harder tension!

Broken cable in left handle – Warranty not honored
Reiterating the warranty experience again as a review so that others can take into consideration the unit’s quality vs. cost when buying.Warranty is one year. However, company may not always honored their warranty, even if the unit is under warranty.—–My experience, in detail:I purchased this unit at the end of January 2024. After putting it away in a corner for months, I decided to put it to use around late May 2024. Started off easy with once a week for 15 – 30 minutes and gradually increasing it to 3-4 times per week by end of June /early July 2024 at roughly 1-hr as maximum for each session. Been using the unit for almost 2 months for a mixture of alternating activities such as sit-up, triceps, ab tuck, and bicycling. Recently, as I was in the middle of bicycling, just about 10 minutes into the exercise, the tension cord connected to the spring on the left handle broke. Heard a loud cracking-like sound while working out and there goes my unit. The left handle bar no longer raised up/operating.Reached out to company via email with pictures and videos. Company promptly responded with half-hearted appologies and no working solution provided (see pictures for proof). Definitely a waste of money & they are falsely advertising in a sense– especially when there is no mentioning anywhere in the pdf manual that the unit’s cable cord that is connecting to the spring can heats up from the intensity of the workouts.For what it’s worth, I might as well invested in a high end unit from established brands or buying a similar unit from other brand with lower pricong than getting this junk again– even with discounted offerings!
