   Compatible Cuff!
   Love the extended sizing of this cuff. Finding blood pressure monitors with extra large cuffs are rare. This product allows users to use their existing monitor with this cuff. There are 6 connection adapters included to ensure that the cuff will work with the blood pressure monitor. At first, it looked like none of the adapters were compatible but after trying them all until one fit the spot, it worked. Just in case the adapters don’t work, the instructions say you can use the manufactured one that came with the machine. As far as readings go, it’s pretty accurate. For some reason, on one machine, the first time trying to get a reading results in an error message, but once restarted, the reading shows up and is accurate. The cuff fits bigger arms and there’s no need to worry about super tight cuffs as it inflates.

   Large size blood pressure cuff
   This is a XL size blood pressure cuff for use with home BP machines. It arrives with a small bag of six different connector that should allow use with most machines. It was easy to select the appropriate connector, attach it to the tubing and immediately put it to use. The cuff itself is slighly thinner material than my other cuffs, but seems to work just fine. Good replacement cuff

   Good replacement, or additional cuff
   This cuff is designed for very large arms – good for body builders, larger adults – and is meant to obtain accurate readings when using an automatic at-home monitor. The cuff is designed and manufactured well, and includes a number of adapters to connect to the most popular BP machines.The material is easily to clean, and the velcro seems to be pretty secure. The accuracy seems to match the larger adult cuff that was included with my BP monitor.

   Perfect For Bigger Arms
   This blood pressure cuff is a quality made product that can fit most monitors easily with the six different sized connectors included. The cuff itself measures in at 6″ X 28.2″ and is said to cover arm circumference of 9″ to 26″ of which my 25″ upper arms need, and it worked perfectly with both my machines. Recommended 👍

   Nice addition to your home BP kit
   Purchased this BP cuff to add to our home kit as the one we have barely worked with larger arms.The included adapters make it easy to fit various models of monitors.I dropped a star because the adapter that fit my OMRON monitor failed to seal properly so the monitor would error out.Luckily the hose size matched my existing hose so swapping this cuff for the original cuff solved that issue.This cuff fits fine on the larger arms as well as fitting on smaller arms.Here is how I rate items:5 Stars = Exceeds all expectations, A definite buy! (Very Rare)4 Stars = Very good find, you should definitely give it a shot.3 Stars = It works and functions as advertised.2 Stars = A little scary, possibly OK, it may work out.1 Stars = Avoid this product, not worth the effort.

   I ordered this to have as an extra for measuring blood pressure for a friend that has a large arm. It fits well and works great on our bp machine at home.

   I have had a blood pressure monitor for a few years now but the cuff they sell the kit with is made for a child’s arm or a really skinny adult. Now I can monitor my blood pressure easily with this cuff. Ideal for those with high blood pressure to keep track of what lowers it or when it gets high report it to the GP

    This review is for the Maymocon XXL Blood Pressure CuffFirst off, the kist only comprises of the additional cuff and a collection of adaptor spigots for YOUR own Blood Pressure Monitor. However with the selection of 6 adaptors it’s pretty likely 1 of them will fit your device, they’re certainly adaptable to the Branded devices, and fitted to my generic Chinese machine tooThe cuff, as stated is large, has a good wrap for our teenage daughter …. right up to a larger adult, the XXL rating is certainly adaptable. From the cuff, there is a grey rubber tube around 50cm long, push in the correct adaptor spigot for your machine … and you’re awayAt £9.99 thats a good price, certainly if it means you can now use your monitor

    My arms are on the chubby side and find the usual sizes to be too small, I was told by a doctor to consider a larger cuff as apparently it’s not right when the cuff squeezes so hard it hurts. Plus it gives the incorrect reading when that happens. Sure enough after using the larger cuff, I’m getting normal readings! A simple fix after all the worrying that my pressure was “pre high” so I’d definitely recommend going for it if you have larger arms like me, it fits well with my omron.Perfect!

    Originally I was told you cannot use another cuff with a machine other than the supplied one, but decided to try this cup as I have not been able to buy a larger replacement from the machine manufacturer. I have fixed this to the original adapter supplied with my machine and I am getting very similar readings on the blood pressure machine for my wife with the original and replacement cuffs.This gives me the confidence to use the new larger cuff on me and trust the results – I cannot get a reliable reading for me with the original cuff as it is too small for me. Problem solved!

    This blood pressure cuff comes in a bag in a box with 7 different plugs to attach it to your monitor device, a quick start guide & instructions.This is so long. Its designed for arms from 22cm to 66cm diameter.I tested this with my Omron device and found that it gives an accurate reading. Just be careful not to twist it where it passes through the metal loop as this may give you an error like it did to me.The material is soft plastic with velcro to secure it in place. The hose is the same length as my original and all 7 plugs have a different shape for individual devices. Can’t fault it. 5 stars
