Best Service, Sturdy Cams, Remote Online Management, Family Activity: Winner
Hands-down, this trail camera company has the Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can call them on the weekends from the middle of nowhere and they’ll call back if our signal drops. They are friendly, and after I called a couple times they remembered Me and my situation, and they’ve sent questions over to their engineering department to figure out my tricky issue with lack of signal for the antennae due to some blocking mountains. If you have trouble getting signal at first, call them – they can update something about which towers the cameras try to reach, which is an easy fix.The cameras themselves (we bought a few) are Very sturdily built. The instruction booklet is thorough and covers everything, and there’s a one-page sheet in the box that condenses the info needed in the field while setting up the camera. The crocodile snap strap (my name for it) to attach the camera to a tree is EXCELLENT, extremely sturdy and strong, leaves me with no worries about the camera strap slipping and sliding down. I really like that I don’t need to poke a hole in the tree. The photos! I like the photo plus video setting, but only sending the photos back home for cost reasons. I pull the videos off the cameras in-person periodically, and they have given context to some photos, like black-and-white night pictures of what seems like nothing that in the video actually has mice running around! Medium quality photos sent home are great. I’ve taken to always looking at the camera and smiling or doing something silly when I pass, so I get silly pictures of me in Adventure Gear that are plain fun – you never know which instant the camera actually is clicking! We’ve caught a photo of a hawk mid-strike – motion activation ftw. My family eagerly checks the Yellowstone AI webpage daily for new pics, kids included, and feel closer to the land together.Overall. We bought these cameras to teach us about our local birds (aim it at a bird feeder!), our property’s wild denizens (deer parties at night!), and to keep an eye on a construction company building for us in another state. It has served all these purposes well. Highly, highly recommend. My family did a lot of research before choosing this brand, and the remote management features set this apart, along with ease of setup for data plans and actual cameras in the field, and the Awesome customer service. You won’t regret these trail cams.

Best cellular camera out there, 10 star, Superior customer service
I am an archery hunter and have used trail cameras for years. Our archery club experienced several burglaries, and I tried several other cellular trail cams and returned them all. Then we found Yellowstone and without a doubt this is a superior product with fantastic customer service and is easy to use and set up. They work so well we have purchased a second one for added security. The camera set up is easy to use and the app on my iPhone works flawlessly. Ben at customer service responds within minutes and they stand by their product. You can choose to have the unit send up to 5 photos and a video to your phone when motion is detected. For each activation I choose to send photos 1, 2 and 5 and no video to cut down the usage cost. I choose to have a 30 second video and the 5 photos attach to the SD card (They actually provided a 32 GB card with the unit). The unit can be programmed to store up to five photos and one 1-60 second video (1080P Full HD or 720 HD) on the SD card. The unit has two limited hours setting which allow you to have the unit operate only at specific times each day. You can limit the number of photos the unit will send on a daily from 1-100 and unlimited. They have three plans for $6, $16.99 and an “Outfitter” plan for $44.99. Everyone gets the following: no contracts, instant pictures on any device, connectivity in AT&T & T-Mobile and unlimited cloud storage. We have used the first camera for over a month and the Duracell batteries are still fully charged. This is the best cellular trial camera out there and I am going to buy a few for the hunting trips where I have cellular coverage.

Great Game Camera
Was looking for a game camera that had good photo quality and would work via cellular to transmit images in real time. I found it.First day setting up the camera I did not realize the impact of selecting video. Batteries were dead in 48 hours. It takes playing around with both the camera and cellular settings to get everything functioning smoothly. I realized that video was not a benefit and that the camera quality and resolution was so much higher with still photos. Also, the sensititivity of motion sensing also impacts battery life. At a high sensitivity, the camera would take a photo every time the wind blew. On first day, the motion detection resulted in 1,700 photos of … nothing. It was just wind and leaves. I adjusted sensitivity to the medium setting. I also moved from high resolution to standard resolution to preserve battery life. Then I removed video and went with still phots. And finally, I adjust the rapid photos to 2 photos. The default is a rapid 4 pictures with every trigger.Once the settings were adjusted to where they needed to be (i.e. no video just still shots, medium sensitivity and 2 photos per triggered event) the camera performed like a champ. Photo resolution at the SD setting is incredibly high. Pictures are great. Moreover, after I adjusted settings, batteries last over 2 weeks so far. When motion is detected, the camera will send photos in real time.Very happy with this purchase. The camera is not cheap and was on the higher side of what was available. But i think the functionality, ability to adjust settings, and the quality of the photos makes it worthwhile. I may purchase a second camera as we live on a large property and sometimes the animals we are looking to spot are the two-legged variety and not the four-legged variety.Would purchase again.

Top notch customer service and great cameras
I cant say enough about the Yellowstone AI cameras and their customer service. I have used game cameras from a number of different brands over the years and none compared to the ones I have from Yellowstone AI. I am working to replace all of my cameras due to the quality of them, but also their customer service. They are incredible to work with and have helped greatly to troubleshoot so that my cameras work as optimally as possible. I highly recommend
