Odd size but heat feels quite nice
I have a right hip issue and chose this for its waist and hip design. 36 inch waist and I find this to be rather large with the hip part extending down my thigh.This can be used on right or left leg, depending on how you put it on around your waist.This pad is corded so you’ve got to remain tethered to a power outlet while in use and will not have freedom to move around unless you unplug and plug in someplace else.The control instructions are in English and Chinese but are easy enough to figure out – 15, 30 or 60 minute timer options, temperature choices are 131°F, 140°F or 149°F and the SPA button will activate the massage feature.The motor for massage option is at hip level and while it travels a bit down the thigh pad, there isn’t a motor in the thigh pad itself.I prefer just the heat and chose this for the heat which functions well and provides comfort to me after a hard gym work-out. Your results may vary.

This Yabuu Heated Massage Waist Hip Support Brace Heating Pad works well. It took me a minute to put this on and get to fit tightly, but I was able to accomplish this after a few tries. The waist part is large for me. I am 5’3″ and about 113 lbs so there was a lot of extra material around my waist which made it difficult to get snug. The leg part was much easier to close snugly. The pad heated quickly once I turned it on. There are 3 heat levels, 3 timer settings, and 3 massage settings. All worked properly. Instructions were included but they referred to this item as being for shoulder pain. Maybe you could use this on your shoulder but it would be difficult. Overall, this is a good hip heater/massager.

Comfortable, warm, misleading pictures
I have hip issues and use hot packs frequently when it acts up, so this was a perfect idea. The fabric is really soft and doesn’t catch on my clothing. While the pictures show the thigh part fitting closely on people of a similar body type to myself, the elastic is so big that the thigh section just kind of hangs there. There’s no way to tighten it without modifying the product directly. The pictures also indicate vibration on the thigh, but the only motors are right at hip level, which is fine but slightly misleading. Overall this is a decent product even you only ever use the heating function, which was the main reason I got this.

Really comfortable
This is a waste and thigh leg heating pad. Length of this heating pad from waste down is 22 in. It has a velcro type closure that fit very well, even with me being a larger person with a 46-in waist. I still had a couple of inches before it would not fit as in be too small. Wonderful functioning features. You do have to plug it in to wear it. But not only does the belt but the leg heat up. The leg has massage feature available. The remote is easy to use, even if most of the instructions are in another language besides English. The instructions are easy to follow

The brace doesn’t fit quite right. It takes a lot to get it on snug enough. People with hand or back issues may have difficulty getting this on correctly without help. Because it takes a lot of maneuvering to get this on your hip so that it’s works like it should. The power pad is easily to understand after playing with the buttons for awhile. It’s mainly in Chinese/Japanese language. the buttons are not fully labeled in English. You have to figure it out for the most part. But it’s easy to catch on.The brace gets extremely hot on the high setting. Be careful. The heat is spotty. The vibrations work okay.

I’m not a tiny person by any means, but the “Yabuu Heated Massage Waist Hip Support Brace Heating Pad” is quite large imo. I suspect if your hips are smaller than 35″, you will have a difficult time getting this pad tight enough. On the right leg it will hook to the back, making it more awkward to get it set up. Also, the leg straps are elastic and I was barely able to keep the bottom strap secure. The instructions and controls are user friendly only if you have used similar heat/massage pads before. The heat levels are good; this is toasty even without turning it on. But the massage is strictly 2 stationary units inside the pad that just vibrate (they don’t rotate or move). Place them correctly, it’s ok; have them in the wrong spot and it can be uncomfortable after a bit. I wasn’t a fan of the massage. On the plus side this pad is very soft, so much so that it feels awesome against bare skin. Good material & workmanship. Priced at $60 at the time of my review is higher than I would be willing to pay after testing out this massage heating pad.

Good product but lacks proper instructions
This heated massage pad for hip and back is quite nice. It comes with a one page guide that doesn’t actually tell you how to operate it. The controller functions are labeled in Chinese and English with the word “spa” for the vibrate function. If you’ve used any other massage devices with a time, temp and vibrate function then you won’t have any problems figuring it out. Overall it’s a great massage pad and puts out a good amount of heat for soothing and relaxing my painful areas.
