You get what you paid for
Looks just like the picture . It took less then 3 minutes to set up. Itâs pretty sturdy I sat on it and it donât cheap. Easy to adjust just press the little buttons I got a decent stretch with the little space I had canât wait to pull it out in the living room and give it a go . And did I mention size .. this thing is going right up under my bed when not in use .

I bought this for my 10-year-old daughter who just joined a cheer squad and sheâs been using it every day. She loves it and itâs really been helping her with her flexibility. Iâve been using it myself just to work on stretching better. Itâs easy to adjust for different heights and super easy to use. It was also very easy to put together. Highly recommend!

Gears SLIP. Doesn’t hold leg in place.
Cheap, useless device. When you crank it to hold your legs firmly in a stretched position, the little internal gears that are SUPPOSED to LOCK and HOLD your legs in a stretched position, SLIP. Doesn’t work. Useless. It is the cheapest leg stretcher on Amazon, so what do you expect?EDIT* – Oh, and I tried it again, and simply HELD the crank arm in place, since it slips out of place if you don’t, and now… The arm that pushes out the leg rest, is BENT!!! WOOOWWWWWW….. TOY!

Good if youâre already very flexible
I bought this to try before buying a pricer machine and honestly itâs not that great. If your muscles have any kind of resistance it just wonât stay put, so it seems like itâs kind of only good if youâre already very flexible. Iâm a former gymnast and want to get back some of the flexibility I lost so I suppose I just need a sturdier machine.
