Great for Stretching
This product is awesome. My dancer doesn’t have a flexible back but has been using this for over a week and can see awesome improvements. Great for small spaces, easy to use and setup.

Great tool for stretching. Read/watch video for a tip on making this easier to slide/use
I have only used this a few time and I am already feeling my low back relax more. My back pain stems from my quads, hamstrings and glutes being tight. I already to a fair amount of stretching. I stretch pre and post workouts and when I have down time I stretch at work. I have only used this a few times for about 5 mins each time and I am feeling more relief in my back then I usually do with my regular stretching which I do for about 10-20 mins at a time. I think because you are balancing and using your muscles as you are stretching (so activating your muscles while stretching them). I am using the door/wall for balance but can see gaining great core strength over time using this. This comes with the door strap, stretching strap, and guide with a few stretches to start out with. The stretching strap feels very sturdy yet is not rough on skin. The fabric feels like a slightly softer seatbelt material. Loop stitching is very secure. The Door strap is thick material that is sewn together well and the foam cylinder is thick and stabilizes this over the door well. Yet it’s soft enough to not damage the door or door frame. The door strap has also balanced well over the door and I have left it there and it did not fall with using the door.To get started you will place the door strap over the top of the door with the foam cylinder on the opposite side of the door you are going to be stretching. Then you will put the stretching strap through the D-Ring. When I started using this the flat part of the D-ring was on the door strap (1st photo). This caused the stretching strap to be on the curve and it would bunch up and would not slide through the ring easily and made it hard to pull to get a deeper stretch. So I switched the D-ring so the curved part was on the door strap (2nd photo) This allowed the stretching strap to slide effortlessly over the flat part of the d-ring (video). Here is my Pro/Con list…ProsHas started to relax my low back after a few usesSoft yet sturdy materialSewn together wellConsNone

Great With A Workout Bar As Well…
So far I am really liking these yoga/stretch straps. They have plenty of loops for you to use. The material has a sleek feeling, reminds me sorta of a car’s seatbelt. It is soft on your hands and feet. The material seems very durable and of good quality. This strap does not stretch, so it can’t bounce back at you. The foam knob and d-ring seem well made too. What I really like about this strap is, I can use it over my husband’s workout door bar. It slides up and down easily on the pink side of the material. I put my foot in one side and pull with the other. I still have plenty of length on the strap to use. So I don’t need the foam knob or my door with this method. The functionality is good, I may not be able to stretch my legs very high up yet, but in time I will. For now this helps me work up to that slowly, while also getting a nice deep stretch in many different areas and different ways.

THIS SEEMS TO BE HELPFKUL IN LIFING LEGS UP FOR STRETCHING BUT HANDLE WITH CARE & CAUTION
Stretching or lifting a person’s legs when alone is not easy because there’s no one to help push the legs up, but with this leg-lifter strap, it can be done alone using only this strip; however, the issue with this design is that the strap has nothing to keep it on the heel as you lift. The strap tends to slip off the foot with certain lifts. It needs to have a heel strap or something to stop the strap from slipping off the foot so that it does not fall off and cause a person’s foot to drop and break. I would suggest only buying it if one is experienced doing leg lifts or if the design is revised to hold the foot up properly.

Strong material
This band is made of very sturdy material and exactly as advertised. The little foam âpulleyâ is very convenient for smoothly increasing tension on the band as needed. My only suggestion would be to sew the loops just a little bit wider. You can get your bare foot in there, but if I wanted to use this with a PT client who was wearing shoes, they might not fit as well.

love it
I needed something to help with a few stretches and this works great. It is extremely easy to use and a durable material. This material is not stretchy, it has no give, sometimes a common misconception with something like this. The design is great because it has many loops you can use so there is no worry about where you put your hands and feet. The door hanger is nice, I have several now all pretty much the same. Not a bad price, the single loop ones are usually more expensive so I would call that a win (more loops, less price). Good addition to any workout gear.

Well made
What you see is what you get. nice wide straps. good quality thread and feels stable. I don’t see this ripping or tearing anytime soon! The length is perfect.
