Absolutely love this!
Iâve been using this weighted vest on my walks and absolutely love the added benefits. I thought it was a great price, easy to put on and so comfortable. I feel as though it has improved my posture and it is very easy to move in. Has reflectors for night and a handy zip up pockets that is big enough to store my phone, keys, money. If you are looking for a weighted vest then this is the one for you! You will be happy with the purchase.

The reflective stripes are nice to have on the vest. It’s not overly bulky, and i use the removable storage pouch more than I thought i would. It definitely intensifies my walks.

Great for rucking. Feels lighter than more expensive vests with metal plates of same total weight.
I have a nice plate-carrier vest with metal plates of same total weight, but it hurts the traps, squeezes the chest, and feels like it weighs twice as much as 20lbs. It is miserable. But this vest slings comfortably around the shoulders, distributes the weight nicely, doesn’t hurt the traps, and feels lighter (somehow) than you would expect for wearing 20 lbs. If you are getting into rucking, this is what you are looking for.

Durable and Versatile Weight Vest for Strength Training but not for Me
Great quality – works as intended – but I highly recommend to check the measurements before ordering as it can fit a bit funky if you do not..Iâve been using this weight vest for a few weeks now, and it works exactly as intended.. please double check your height and weight are within reason for the dimensions of this weight vest. The neoprene rubber fabric is not only tough but also claims to prevent chafing during long workouts (or long walks for me personally). The double-stitching gives it a premium, long-lasting feel, and I can tell itâs designed to withstand intense use. (i only use it for walking though) The iron sand weights are evenly distributed.One of my favorite features is the dual storage pockets. The detachable front zipper pocket is perfect for keeping my phone and car keys secure, and I love having the peace of mind that my valuables are safe even during a hike or walk around the neighborhood.

Great fitting weight vest
I walk about 5 miles / day & adding this vest has been great. Anything to build skeletal muscle & burn more calories.Initially the vest had a weird chemical smell to it. So I let it sit outside to air out.The vest itself is really comfortable to wear & I like that it has a compartment to store phone , keys etc.I ordered the 16 lbs & itâs been great.

Excellent weight vest. I ordered 16lbs based on recommendations to start at 10% of body weight. This proved to be correct for me. Vest is high quality at fits well. Highly recommend.

Easy way to level up walks
This is as described. It smells awful, but I assume with air won’t be that bad. It’s a very comfortable fit. Barely notice it’s there. I’m really excited to use this as an easy way to add weights to my walks and even yoga. Great value.

Third time’s the charm
Some basic information: I am 5’4″, 135 lbs, 34B. I ordered this weighted vest to help with a bone density issue I have due to gastro issues.I first ordered the 10 lb. vest which overall was very small and rode up my back like an ill-fitting bra. It also proved to be too light and almost unnoticeable. weight-wise.I exchanged it for a 12 lb vest which, undetected by be, they actually sent a 15 lb vest. This was way too large and sliding off my shoulders or slipping down my back. I finally realized it was very heavy and weighed it revealing it was actually 15 lbs!I sent this back and thought I’d give the 12 lb vest one more try. This time they sent a 12 lb vest. It is perfect. It fits like a glove when the strap is pulled its tightest. It does not shift around, and the weight is noticeable but not too challenging.My advice – take into consideration your body size knowing that the heavier the vest the larger the vest will be. What I wanted:A vest to increase intensity while using the stairmaster at the gym.What I got:A heavy vest. Well made. Good stitching. High quality straps and clasp. Durable- I have tossed it around some between workouts and it takes the abuse well.

I tried both the 12lb and 16lb vests and I prefer the fit of the 16lb vest (I am a Male/175lbs/5’7″). The first time I tried the 16lb vest for about 35minutes just in the house, my back was starting to hurt, but on another day, I took it for a 50min walk outside and I was fine. I think keeping a good posture is very important and I find it easier to have a good posture when out on a walk. The 16lb vest fits nicely with some space for my arms to move freely, whereas the 12lb vest is smaller and there is less space between my arms and my chest… the 12lb just feels to small for my body type I guess. The vest has a good construction, the pouch they include is perfect to hold a phone and a wallet, and I can clip my JBL speaker on the opposite side.

It fits my smaller frame perfectly (female); it’s not loose. The weight is distributed evenly on my back so that it doesn’t feel heavy. It looks well made. I’ve been wearing mine when I do my weight bearing exercises such as push ups and weights, as well as for walking.
