   Bought for sleeping on flights
   It works. I have a real hard time sleeping on flights, but these really do the trick. I can finally sleep on flights!This make me real drowsy, so I fall asleep; usually within 30 mins of taking the recommended dose.I do wake up a bit groggy, not sure if that is from the terrible airplane food, or the fact that I never get into a really deep sleep because I’m sitting up right in a chair in a very noisy flight. Probably if I was taking these and then getting into a comfy bed in a quiet room I would wake up feeling better.But, they definitely work!

   This Really works!!!!
   This product really works about 30 minutes or so after taking it, I get drowsy and start falling a sleep. After I’m a sleep I am able to wake up and go use the restroom in the middle of the night then fall right back to sleep afterwards. People that have sleep Insomnia or can’t get back to sleep after waking up, or can’t switch off their mind during the night that keeps them from have a restful night’s sleep….need to use this product!! Only draw back I’ve noticed while taking this product, is that in the morning when I do need to get up and moving… I feel a little drowsy, maybe I should only take half a pill instead of one whole pill. Anyway the morning drowsiness usually goes away quickly when I get up and move around, take my shower and drink my cup of coffee then I am kicking and ready to go for the day. The only other draw back is how it’s packaged, it’s a little hard to get out of it individual package. I guess that’s a safety feature, so really that’s No Biggie for me, but it may be for others. But over all this is a Great product to help one get a good nights sleep. It’s a small pill that packs a huge punch, so take with caution, and test what works best for you a half of pill or one whole pill, please do not take no more then one pill per night there are risk in taking this….so use caution and speak to your doctor first before taking any medication and especially if you have any health issues. I care for everyone out there so please use good judgement and be safe first and foremost. So in saying this, I would highly recommend this product.

   I have a prescription for sleeping pills and when I am not able to fill in time, I always revert back to these and they work ok.

   Not the best like everyone says.
   It helps me fall asleep but takes longer even after taking a maximum dose, 2 pills. I still wake up but can fall asleep again, all it does is help wind me down. Im guessing everyone that gives this stuff 5 stars had light insomnia brought on my little to no stress.. but saving grace is it will help severe insomnia a bit.. least youll get some sleep with this stuff.. but its not the miracle people make it out to be. More of an assist. People that say “oh dont rely on this every day” yea well say that after you haven’t slept for 2-3 or so days.. I used to abuse edible’s for sleep but that was a bad idea.. after coming off them it was IMPOSSIBLE to fall asleep.. these do help a bit tho. So word of caution if your into edibles or flower to sleep you better ease off or just give it up entirely.. it really messes with your synapse’s. You’ve been warned.
